We have bought cars in the past from them never issues went shopping thjis time for a new truck ended up back at auto max due to poor service other places they are the best Mario is awesome

My family and I appreciated the friendly, welcoming atmosphere while buying from Auto Max USA. Elias patiently showed and let us drive three cars. Despite this, we did not buy the first day. To his credit, Elias followed up and we ended up buying the next day. After putting the down payment, we took the car for the weekend. When we came back on Monday to finalize the paperwork, we noted that we had two rock chips on the windshield one of which we witnessed during a weekend drive. Without blinking, the finance manager, Ben, said that they would fix them. They did not have to do this, but they did. I think they want happy customers. So, if you are looking to buy a car, stop by Auto Max USA and give them a chance!

I purchased a truck sight I seen from Hawaii. They were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond in customer service. They even delivered my truck to the port 2.5 hours away. Great group of guys and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
