2010 Auto Sales

I went to mark in 2014 for my first purchase, it was such a good experience I went back today (nov. 2016) for my second purchase from him. He went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted, and is very easy to deal with. Every time I hear that someone is looking for a vehicle I always tell them to see him. Unlike most dealers, he will treat you with respect and not push a deal.

I was looking for trucks a few weeks ago, never thought I would want a full size truck. Stopped by this dealership after a friend of mine said the owner was a great guy and everything was fair priced. Bought a Ford F150 from him. LOVE IT... Although I just bought this truck, I am looking froward to buying my next, and I will go right back to 2010. Thanks so much.

Had a very good experience. Mark was more than fair and accommodating while we negotiated and I came away feeling very good about our purchase. The car was in excellent shape and looked brand new though it was a 2013 model. We shopped several other dealers for a Ford Fiesta and none were as helpful as 2010 Auto Sales. We will definitely travel from Schenectady again when we are looking for our next vehicle.

Great experience. I loved being treated like a person not a sale. I love my SUV. It was spit shine clean with a full tank of gas upon pick up. They made the whole process so easy from pick out to pick up. We will most definitely do business again.

Mark did a great job getting me timely financing and getting the car ready quickly. I wish I had found him sooner! I would have purchased my last car there. All I can say now is I will be buying my next car there!

First let me say I did this yesterday and it never posted, but I am happy to try again. I had been looking for another car for a few months. My husband found your dealership, and a fantastic car, except for the color, black, not my favorite color. So we keep reading, small dealer, run by the owner hmm mm. Not sure what to expect,but we called. Car sounded great, but my schedule is not the best as I work nights. That didn't matter t to you. Mark offered to stay open later or come in early if that would help. Besides the fact we were 3 hours away. So after work in the am a few days later we called and said we were on our way. To our surprise the car was gorgeous, it was a metallic black, sparkled in the sun like it had gold flakes in it. So off we go for a test, without Mark in the car, what a surprise. Most dealers tag along. Long story short in about a half hour we had financing, insurance, plates, keys, I mean fob, and he sent us on our way with a FULL tank of gas. Now what dealer does this. Are we on TV? Honestly I have never been to a dealer who respects the buyer. Hassel free, willing to work with you, and in front of you, not take the numbers to another room like so many dealers do. I recommend 2010 auto sales to everyone needing a great car, good price and finally a decent salesman/owner. Mark thank you. I love, love my Chrysler 300 S car. We'll be back.
