Was looking for a newer Suburban with low miles. I saw Mark had one. I emailed him he got right back to me. I test drove it on black Friday he offered me a fair trade for my older suburban with 100+ miles on it. Everything about the car buying experience was so easy. Mark took care of all the DMV stuff and inspection. I drove it off the lot the following Friday. Love the new Suburban! Will definitely go back

Made the car buying experience something I was able to deal with. I hate the "car buying" games from most dealerships and Mark the owner does not do that. He shot straight from the start. Car we bought had a minor issue after getting it home and he quickly fixed it, no questions asked. Quality cars and would go back and buy again.

Mark at 2010 Auto Sales was honest and straight forward. His low pressure sales technique allows you to shop around freely but he is always available to answer questions about the vehicle. Usually try to buy from private party to avoid salesman.. Was told to try here, this place different.. It IS different here.. You tell them what your looking for, heres what we have and then they wait.. You ask any kind of questions they answer...fully..and then some.. But no salesmanship...just facts related to your question... I’ll be back when I need another car and will tell friends to look here first.. With that, very fair prices..

Phased a car from 2010 about a year ago, shortly after the “warranty” expired the car started having issues involving it’s emissions, this was a turbo diesel Chevy Cruze. I had to bring it to the dealership as this is the only place that can work on emission issues. It needed a new DEF heater and pump, to the tune on over $1500. I called 2010 and commented that in less then a year I shouldn’t have to be putting this money into the car. His response, “used cars break” … I had to pay for these repairs out of my pocket during the whole covid unemployment situation we were all in. This car has been nothing but error lights and emission issues. This place doesn’t stand behind their cars or give a crap about you after the car leaves the lot. I will make sure EVERYONE I know understands what a crap place this is.

We bought a VW TDI in March with a rare standard transmission and super low miles. We have been waiting for one to pop up for sale. It’s taken years! We just want to thank you Mark for your wonderful customer service and the fact that you have good taste in what you put on your lot. Your mileage is low and so are your prices.
