The Worst deal ever made
I had a two day experience. The first day the dealership guy got me so angry I had to leave. I talked with the manager the second day and ended up making the 1.5 hr. Trip to buy the truck. I couldn't get any more for my trade. But traded anyway. They couldn't give me any more for extras but priced seven thousand dollars more than I got. I hate the new truck and never should have made the deal.

We are sorry that you feel the way you do. We reasonably accommodated all the demands you had to make the purchase of the new truck. You also removed items from the truck that you traded that you had agreed to keep on the truck when we gave you the number for your trade. We still honored our price and still gave you the same for your trade even when we discovered issues with your trade. We always try our best to accommodate and make sure our customers are completely satisfied. However in not all cases are people happy with the deal no matter how hard we try. We wish you the best with your Ford Certified truck and we look forward to servicing your truck.
Not happy
They tried to sell gap insurance when it's not needed. They told me and my wife that the car is worth $23,000.00 and I paid $17,00.00 and put $6,000.00 down, do the math.

2019 Ford Escape SEL
