Cole had me on the right track.
Cole had me on the right track. He was respectful, professional, and had this deal lined up. Then he passed me to Keith and Keith completely blew it. I came with a serious offer and room to negotiate. Instead of working with me, Keith came in arrogant and condescending, speaking like I didn’t know the market. Reality check: I’ve bought over 50 cars in my life, I know the process, I know the numbers, and I know this car. Keith’s attitude didn’t just cost me a deal, it cost Cole a sale he had under control. That’s the kind of internal sabotage that makes customers walk away. If you value being treated like a serious buyer, do yourself a favor: deal with Cole, but stay far away from Keith.

We wanted to purchase a Cadillac Lyriq from this
We wanted to purchase a Cadillac Lyriq from this dealership but they wouldn’t consider any movement on price, even after showing another dealership had same vehicle for much less. They also wouldn’t move on trade number. I didn’t feel like anything was done to keep my business at Boucher, even after just purchasing another vehicle from their dealer group in late June. Lesson learned, the place for Cadillac isn’t in Waukesha.
