Im in the market for a new work truck when i drove by and

Im in the market for a new work truck when i drove by and saw a dodge i liked. I stopped to look at. Didnt speak to anyone then i left. Later i get a call from a drunk salesman threatening me never step on the property again. Turns out this place is where my wifes ex works! And my money isnt good enough. Its cool! Plenty of other dealerships in area

very bad

False advertising about pickup truck, clearly states plow included, tried to charge me $9000 more for plow. Not willing to honor his mistake. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend!

Excellent service from Anna and Colleen!!!

from start to finish, Colleen and Anna were extremely helpful. They both were upfront with all the questions that I had regarding the Chevy Malibu that I was interested in. I thought it was going to be a bit of a struggle with me living in NY and purchasing a vehicle in PA but they made the experience as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Within a week I drove out to PA, took the vehicle for a test drive and purchased it on the spot. I could not drive it back to NY right away but they both assisted in holding it for me until I came back in less than a week. I truly apricate them both thought the process and going beyond what I would have ever expected in purchasing a vehicle. By far the easiest vehicle purchase I have had.

An Example To All Customer Service Employees

I was enroute to NC from Maine and passing thru Mt. Pocono when my check engine light came on. . . the first ever in my 2019 Tahoe. We took the vehicle to Auto Parts for a quick diagnosis. The diagnosis revealed a faulty Oil Pressure Switch and/or Selenoid sensor. The tech, although helpful, recommended we take the vehicle to a dealer. We went from there to 2 other dealers in the area; they could not assist us for lack of trained mechanics. We contacted Gray Chevrolet on the phone on a Friday afternoon and I spoke with Ron Richmond, a Service Consultant. Ron told me to bring it in and leave it if possible; We complied and got a rental and continued on our journey to NC. Long story made short: Ron assured me the vehicle would be ready upon our return thru and our trip back to Maine. To my amazement, it was. Not only did Ron and the Lead Mechanic recognize that we were in a "jam", they went out of their way to diagnose the issue, ensure the vehicle was checked thoroughly, and road tested the vehicle to ensure it was good to go. We made it back to Maine without incidence and the check engine light has not returned since. . . leading me to believe the Selenoid flow sensor was possibly just stuck in the "open" position and giving a faulty reading. Ron and the Lead Technician/Mechanic were accommodating to say the least. I would recommend anyone to Gray Chevrolet for Sales or Service. In a world where it seems Customer Service is a by-gone era, Gray Chevrolet and their staff in Stroudsburg, PA are top-shelf. They bailed us out of a serious jam and did what they said they would do. Five stars for their service department and especially Ron Richmond. I'd recommend Gray's leadership formally recognize Ron in an "all-hands" with the dealership's employees so they can see and hear what a professional consultant is and does for ordinary folks like me. My thanks to Ron and the Lead Mechanic for making this such a positive experience.

Beware Brother and sisters. Gray is bad

My wife and I brought our 2016 Chevy Malibu to Gray to get it serviced and look into a noise in the right front. After having the car for a week they told us it needed a strut mount to which we said do it. We picked up our car a few days later and to our disappointment the noise was still there. We brought he car back and told them this after listening to it and verifying the noise was in fact there. They proceeded to tell us it needed to be lubed. After picking up the car again we drove it and within a day the noise we originally complained about returned again. This time they told us that it would wear in. So we took the car and dealt with it. Then Covid happened and we could not bring the car back to get it looked as it never wore in as they said it would. We then decided that Gray was not the place to have of our cars serviced as we lost all confidence in them. Recently we brought the car to a shop to get serviced after the service the mechanic advised us that the right front spring was broken and had been for some time. How ironic that the spring on the same side that was making the noise had a broken spring and more than likely was not the strut mount. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade I know how things work and I have worked in automotive shops. So that being said I also know the game. Gray plays that game and should be ashamed to have guys like Ray working for them. He is not an honest person and a big reason why we will never get anything serviced at Gray or purchase anything from Gray. Anyone who reads this review this is my warning to you beware of Gray if you choose to go there. If you get burned that's on you I warned you

Do Not buy from them ,horrible service dept

service dept screwed up and instead of them giving me the lousy $40 that they owed me the General Manager just kept ignoring phone calls after he said he would cut a check. 3 weeks later and still waiting ,I dont think he ever works cause everytime I call ,,,,not there

Excellent Dealer!

My wife and I recently purchased a used Chevy Trax from Grey Chevrolet in Stroudsburg. The purchasing process was both enjoyable and professional. Our salesmen was very knowledgeable, he understood our situation and was able to find us the perfect car for our needs. The entire process went smoothly and we were very happy we decided to buy our car there. About a month and a half after the purchase our mechanic noticed that the car had 2 different brand tires on it, which he said could be a problem. We contacted Grey and even though they assured us this was not a problem in order to make us happy they not only changed 2 of the tires so that all 4 matched, but when doing so they noticed we needed new front brakes and they made that repair at no cost to us! Grey Chevrolet went above and beyond any experience i've had with other dealers to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase! I've since bought a second vehicle from Grey Dodge just down the road from them. I highly recommend if your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle that you do so at one of the Grey dealers. They are honest and fair. And they do everything they can to make sure you are happy with your vehicle.
