Recently bought a vehicle from SMH. The experience was excellent. Salesman allowed us to look, was helpful when we needed it. Everything was straight forward, and a breeze. After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. By far this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We do have to return for a part that was on back order, and when it arrives I’ll give more feedback on the return for service. Thanks SMH

We made an appointment with Donnell Dawkins and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to get the car ready for us to drive and then have the paperwork ready for us to do when we needed to. My rating of 5 is for Donnell and how smoothly the whole process was. I give it a 4 star rating only because nothing was mentioned about damage on the rear bumper which I didn’t notice until today which is the second day I had it. I didn’t open the trunk until today and noticed the damage. It looks like spider web cracking on two different areas. I can’t even imagine what could have caused that damage. I’ve seen damage in windshields that look like it but on the bumper, I can’t imagine how it happened.

Horrible Place to buy a vehicle. Buyer beware. Brakes were bad and I had to replace them. Motor problems. And now transmission is going out. Had the vehicle for 5 months.

3 months ago Awful by Kendra from Germantown MD | May 28, 2020 I purchased a car from SMH on March 22,2019 after coming from Mountain Motors and my boyfriend did not like any of the cars there. I thought this would be a better option and boy was I wrong. We were looking for an SUV with a third row seat. Donnell Dawkins was showing us the vehicle’s. Once Donnell found out how much we were putting down and how much of a car note we were trying to pay he brought out a car which he thought was a better option. It was a 2013 Ford Taurus fully load with heated seats and a sun roof dark gray. We loved the car from the outside it was beautiful. We did the paper work the car was around $10,000 when it was all said and done I was approved for a loan of $12,000. I did not care I was desperate for a car.....first mistake. Car was driving good for a couple of weeks. Then mind you , I hadn’t had the car for a month coming home from work with my three kids in the back all under 10 years of age at the time, the steering wheel started shaking. The car was shaking so bad it felt as if it would blow up. We pulled in to a gas station and the car shut down. Tried cranking the car again and it would not start. I called SMH because I was confused I had just purchased this car hadn’t had for a month. I was told by the lady who answer the phone to either have the car towed to them or Ford. I had it towed to Ford because it was closer. The car was there for almost two months water pump busted and coolant and oil went into the engine. The engine was destroyed. To make along story short had to fight with the Warrenty company to approve the work Ford had to do, it was finally approved and the work got done. I had to pay $200.00 deductible to Ford for fixing the car. Ford said this car needs a lot of work done. Meantime the whole time the car was in the shop we had no vehicle because SMH said I had to get a loaner from the warranty company and they charge by the day $33.00 and I did not have that kind of money cause I had just purchase what I thought was a good car, never expecting this. With in the year of purchasing the car the engine was replace along with the water pump,had to replace all four tires, had to get a new battery less then a month of having the car, I had to replace breaks had to get a small leak fixed and today just had to have both catalytic converters replace. I am finally sending this review because people should really do their research when buying a car. Will never buy a car from SMH again. By the way Sayid was the person we saw when the water pump busted and he said we drive it around the lot and once it passes state inspection we put it up for sale sorry excuse! Never again!
