I was just in for an old air bag recall, on my 01 Maxima, but my experience was awesome. The wait time was great, and the waiting area was very accommodating.

The service department was very busy but Matt took the time to talk with me a couple of minutes and asked what was going to be done that day, advised approximately how long the wait was expected to be, ushered me inside, asked if I was aware of where things were, and just made me feel comfortable and at ease.
