Traveled to East Windsor from Chicago to pick up my new (to me) 2010 Audi A8L that I found online two weeks ago. Spoke with Charlie several times to arrange financing and work out logistics and decided I would rather drive it home than have it shipped. I was picked up on time at the airport and driven back to the dealership. All of my paperwork was ready to go and the car was parked out front gassed up and ready to go with a 30 day temprary license plate. I have had no regrets with this purchase and was worth the trip to CT as I saved almost $3200 from a local dealer that had one. Charlie you are the man and thanks for buying me lunch from the 7eleven..LOL.

My old car was on the fritz and I heard mixed reviews about here but decided to check it out. I met with Charlie Goodine and I must say I was impressed. He was very patient with me as I needed the perfect truck and a good price, and he was very professional about the process. I am very happy with the truck and very happy I met with Charlie. Charlie and Al are simply the BEST!! We really appreciate everything they did for us. Over the years we purchased a lot of cars and have never experienced the excellent customer that we were fortunate enough to experience with Shamrock Motors. Charlie and Al were always 100% honest with us, they both went above and beyond to help us out. Initially we had some issues with getting a loan through our bank however, Charlie was able to work his magic and quickly got us approved for a loan at another bank. Al was also great guy, always very friendly and helpful. It was our pleasure dealing with these guys. Because of the loyalty, commitment and dedication we experienced here, we will NEVER go anywhere else to buy a car!!

I called this dealer from out of state and ask would he be willing to be slightly negotiable considering I had to come pick the vehicle up. the salesman did not budge and told me life was harsh. the worse customer service I've ever received

I have now purchased two vehicles from Charlie at Shamrock Motors. The first was a GMC Yukon and the second a Chevy Suburban. I believe it is pretty easy for a dealer to be nice to you when you are buying a car. What is more important is how the dealer treats you once you have purchased a care. In my case both of the vehicles that I purchased from Shamrock were older with high mileage but in great condition. However, old cars need repairs and in both instances Shamrock motors made sure that I was happy with the cars and made post purchase repairs free of charge quickly and without a hassle. I will buy another car from Shamrock. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, no need to haggle and I know from personal experience that they do their best to make sure that your "new" used car is trouble free.

I shopped around CT, MA & NY for used cars and Shamrock Motors had the best prices and a great selection of used cars to choose from. I decided to purchase a 2004 BMW 325xi and I cannot be any more pleased with my purchase! It is not only in excellent condition, but when I picked it up the service team made it look brand new! I arrived at Shamrock Motors at 9am excited to get my new car and I was out of there by 9:15! It was the quickest and easiest purchase I have ever made! This was my first time buying a car on my own, I have to say shamrock motors truly gave me a wonderful experience. I did not feel pushed or talking in anything, their products sell themselves. I found a great car in my budget, I researched other local dealers to compare prices and shamrocks motors has good cars and they have better prices then any surrounding places. Once I decide I wanted to purchase my car they took car of everything for me. They have a great financing program and Charlie takes care of everything you need right there in the office so you don't have to worry about the dreadful DMV visit. The way anyone wants to buy a car. This is the place for real nice, clean, quality preowned autos. Found the exact car i was looking for on Cars.com, where Shamrock does some advertising and contacted them, went to the facility and was directed to the auto and then given the keys and left alone! Now that is the way to give a buyer their space and the property is so large, put the car through its paces, on site! Price was right and closing the transaction was EZ. There are alot of places to shop for a purchase like this but, it is all on your terms here. I highly recommend Shamrock. Surehands 89
