I am a first time buyer. I was super nervous to purchase, especially since it was at a used car dealer (I've heard bad things of used car salesmen in general). From the time I pulled on to the lot I felt comfortable and relaxed. Jared Z walked me through the buying process and I honestly think he was the best. He answered my questions, sometimes before I even asked. He listened to me and allowed me to be the boss. I love my Honda Accord. I never write reviews but just couldn't stop thinking about how good of an experience I had. Great job Jared.

I went in looking for a car that could get me back and forth to school that had good gas mileage. School for me was 700 miles away so I needed something that was affordable yet durable for the long trip. I met with Trevor and he showed me a couple cars before I found the one. I got a 2010 Ford Fusion at a great price and I absolutely love it. I've had it for about six months with no problems and I get about 35 mpg on the highway. Thanks to Trevor Hodge, he got me a great car and met all my needs to go with it.

Buying a vehicle is the second biggest purchase anyone will ever buy. But when you are lied to from the beginning, who do you trust then? Avis has lied, falsified documents, said they fixed a few things, that are STILL not working right. DO NOT BUY A VECHICLE HERE!! WE WERE SCREWED!! We will drag this company through the dirt until we are satisfied. If something happens to my family while driving in this vehicle, I will SUE you for anything I can!!

As A veteran, willing to fight for your rights here are the rights they choose to abuse. If you think this is a good company then think again. I bought my car on a Saturday. After spending numerous hours waiting. At least 4. 1) Less than a mile down the road the driver window quit working. 2) breaks were squealing. So I drove Back and they said Bring it back Monday and they would fix the window. Breaks were probably because it was just washed. 3) The air control doesn't work on 3. There is more. Monday came squeal was still present so they send me to Big O tires, down town instead of the one across the way. (I was told when I bought the car it would pass a state inspection). Well Break Pads At 1\32 and rotors not turning. Went back to the Avis and was told by The Mgt. team they would put the break pads on but They put to much into the truck, at that. They actually gave me tags on the false document that was proven false. They said the break pads were 6\32. So to get things right we had to bring the Young Dealership into Question. So I called Young Buick. They did the inspection. So now instead of me being called to, Now I had to prove that Big O Tires was not trying to rip them off (Per say). Drive the parts to Layton UT So after putting all this time in on the truck. I decided why not call the Inspection officer to do a inspection himself.( He suspended a license for someone falsifying documents). After all said and done "Bait and Hook" They got a good used car that I took care of and I got what, I spent Hours at trying to get fixed not to mention the miles I had to put it on to fix it. Free tank of gas where? Do Not Trust A Word that comes from them. Warranty if you want it prove it. Make sure by all means that you take a magnifying glass to look over paperwork. After all said and done And a few more miles than a tank of gas and probably about 17 hrs. of time and Questions about my loan, all I get from the bank American First and Avis Car Sales is you signed the paperwork. By the way window still does not work. Finally got them to take care of the breaks, and I believe the back rotors, I guess the front ones are on me. The control nob on the fan I guess will get fixed in time. But my warning to you is do not trust them. Window what a deal. No wonder Young dealership is so big.
