Express Service for Oil Change etc.

So I always use the expressive service garage for my oil changes etc. I always have great experiences! Today was no different. There were probably four customers in front of me atleast (I thought it would take forever) but I was in and out in less than an hour. Sara and Matt were at the front desk. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They even helped me out with a discount I didn’t know about and were helping other guests with coupons etc. Friendly, convenient, and affordable. I’ll keep going back!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

From the moment I called to inquire about my next steps to the moment I drove off the lot everyone went out of their way to make my experience hassle free and painless! Jessica was the first person I spoke with and met when I arrived at the dealership! She is absolutely fantastic! Toby was a great salesperson and and I would definitely deal with him again! Ben in finance I had already met when my sister purchased her car there last year and he made the process quick and easy! Overall Rusty Wallace Kia is the best car lot to purchase your next new or used vehicle!

Great experience!

Overall we had an excellent experience with Rusty Wallace Kia. I had talked with Brandon on the phone and (even on his day off) was very informative and helpful. When we made it to the dealership they were very busy, but James was quick to assist us with looking at a few options for our family. After the test drive, we had our trade in valued. After we got some numbers on our trade in, there was no pressure to make a decision. This is very important, because my wife will absolutely not buy anything if she feels pressured. I hate when dealerships try to pull the whole "well if you don't take it now, you might not get this again". We will gladly take our money elsewhere. We never got anything like this during our visit. James was a super guy and made the whole car looking/testing/buying an excellent experience. This is our second Kia purchased at Rusty Wallace Kia, and it is experiences like this one that will keep is coming back when looking for a vehicle.

Lost a customer over $150

We bought a car that was under warranty but the software was not updated. The dealership refused to help. To shut us up, they said they would reimburse us if we paid $145 for the upgrade. We did get the software updated at our expense. We called them several times and they continued to lie about sending us a check. It has been over 5 months and they are still giving us the ole "The check is in the mail" story.

Great Buying experience!

Would recommend this to visit this dealership!! Fast and very painless buying experience! Everyone from sales, to management and onto Finance were all outstanding!! Very courteous and professional!!

Great customer Service and prompt work!

Bryan did an excellent job of greeting me and keeping me informed during multiple services provided. In addition he checked on a couple of services I inquired about, which saved me extra time and money! I felt appreciated and listened to. This dealership is SUPER and I always come back.

I needed a new key and master remote.

There are times when I am pleasantly surprised. This is one of those times. I needed a key replacement and thought it was going to be a hassle, it was not. Chris Norton knew what to do and was very helpful in informing me of the process.

I LoVe Kia

When I go in for an oil change they always make sure they wash it, vacuum it and shine my tires. I appreciate all of that!!!

Service for safety issue letter

Called and was able to get an appointment within a day. Car was serviced quickly as well. Mike answered all questions and concerns that I had.
