Service department is amazing. They are patient, kind, understanding, and respectful. From the moment I pulled in to show them the problem, Chris immediately went to work to find a solution. Within 4 days he had the parts to fix my car, provided me with a loaner so I did not miss work, or have to impose on family members, and kept me informed of the progress. He even asked when he called if it was a good time to talk or should he call back? Excellence all the way around.
