Disappointed Customer
I would never recommend a dealership that left me disappointed as this one has. The service department at Exton Nissan is NOT to be trusted. If someone in the service department steals a part of your vehicle, do NOT expect to have it returned to you. The managers will honor the word of their service people over the word of their customers - even if their mechanics deliberately take things from your car that don’t belong to them, like your spare tire or your car mats. That is an unacceptable crime. Beware! They have NO respect for their customers. Very disappointed in the service department and especially the management at Exton Nissan.

Shady dealership
Went to this dealership after calling them. Ask them what is the price of the vehicle was. They told me. BUT they neglected to tell me there was a $5000 mark up over MSRP. So they wasted my time. Got to tell you, walking in that door you felt like you were getting ripped off. I bought a Nissan that day. It just wasn't at Exton Nissan!

The service manager at exton nissan is a joke all they want is your money i bought a new car from then and had many problems with the same problem over again all they say they fix it but in a few months have to bring the car back for the same problem over again

TERRIBLE
Worst car buying experience ever.. tell you what you want to hear. Breaks needed replacing after four months of purchase was told by two different mechanics outside and we find the same exact thing but exton Nissan does not take responsibility because they would never have sold a car like that . 🤔 I guess they make a sale and move on. Maybe that’s why they don’t return calls. I was easy going and I guess naive in their eyes. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear. I could kick myself for not doing more research . Funny how the bad reviews are buried in.. $1000 in repairs 4 months in. Disgusted by the lack of responsibility and morals.

Deception at its finest
Just an awe full experience. The service department t is a joke and will only seek to separate you from your money. The projuct is suspect and the service to repair it is worse. Way too many problems and the warranty doesn’t cover any of it. I’ve had 3 Nissan cars over the years. Because of our experience I would never buy another one.
