If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Avery Harrison was the most user friendly, helpful, and responsive employee I have ever worked with. No pressure, just knowledgable, useful, and understanding. He and his manager, David Bales, took care of our military family and we couldn't be happier!

Avery was an absolute life saver, as was his manager

Avery was an absolute life saver, as was his manager David Bales. I didn't get the offer I was looking for from the first dealership I saw, and he went above and beyond making it easy to get my vehicle sold. Love these guys

Really appreciated the service and their patience through

Really appreciated the service and their patience through the process to both lease a vehicle and sell a vehicle. It was the best experience I have had at a dealership!

Cory was a breath of fresh air!

Cory was a breath of fresh air! He greeted me as soon as I walked in, showed me exactly what I asked for and knew the product well. He helped me figure out the technology on the new vehicle and made sure we were comfortable throughout. This is the type of service we appreciate!

This was my first big car buying experience and it was

This was my first big car buying experience and it was the worst ever. 17 days after buying my "Ford approved" 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe the transmission completely failed. My car has been in the shop for 2 months and a week so far. Still waiting. I never once received a call from Liz from the Hyundai dealership telling me ANYTHING ever about my car. The only updates I get is if I call myself. I have made 3 car payments, got my plates and registration, and they could literally care less. The best part is Gabe, my salesman, is the son of the owners. I have called and texted him only to be outright ignored. I did actually get one phone call from Rebecca telling me that I had to return my loaner and get another one because the one I had, "was over on miles." Well duh! I've been without my car for almost 2 1/2 months!! I explained to Rebecca how upset and distraught I was. Her response? "I will have Nick call you and if anything I'll go over to Hyundai and check myself." Can we guess what Rebecca didn't do? Way to keep up with the complete disrespect and gross negligence to your customers! So a special thank you to Liz, Rebecca, and Gabe. You each have done an incredible job at ensuring that I literally had the worst car buying experience of my life. Please please go ANYWHERE else and spend your money. The Phil long name is NOT one you can trust. If I had the money to hire an attorney and get off this loan with them I would.
