Horrible service no communication Lost trust in their evaluation on repair costs $1100 for $48 part Said $3200 more would really fix it, I came in for factory recall only Don't trust them

Frustrated and tired of no support on your end

I've been trying to schedule my airbag recall for my Escalade for months with no return calls and left several massages for all departments. I really need to get this done my airbag warning light is on and I'm afraid that the airbag will explode while I driving it.

Carefully they will rip y o u off

Be very careful they will rob you. So I have a 93 cts and the ecm went. I got one from pull a part. I didn't know that it had to b e reprogrammed to my Vin. So pull a part has no issues refunding. No the ecm has two wirs and one ground wire held on to the top of tge motor in plain site by 4 10 mm nuts so simple a 6 year old can to it in less t h an 5 mins I can get a ecm programed and sent to the house for 255. I called Larson to see how much to reprogram this one. Mind you all a tec has to do is hook up to the e and let t h e scanner do its thing. Larson said 300 well it was over 300 three hours labor. My God probly sake ya 4 sets of pads too. So then parts close to 600. Not programed said had to have service do. So we're over 900 for a part. Now I was so astonish and I'm all about a business mak8ng money I've been in buss. Since 93 but I've been in buss. Thst long because I don't lie or rip people off. Well with that I didn't bother to find out how much they would charge to install. It must be close to if not over 2grand if you had it towed and had them find the problem firca 255 dollor part a 7 year old could install in less than 5 mins. Be mindfull if your using Larson for anything. Oh jet chev just called 180 to reprogram 540 reprogram and install. Reprogram fair but 540 should be new part from them installed. Without Dia. Id watch jet and I wouldn't step foot onto Larson lots any of them

Horrible Experience

The way my wife was treated yesterday should be an embarrassment and probably should cost the "sales manager" his job. First of all, if you advertise a price online do not take a call from my wife and have her drive down there, sit in the car get to to the point of wanting to purchase a the car and then proceed to tell her that "oh the advertised price of the car $93,120 is actually $104K due to demand of new cars and used cars for that matter. This is completely unethical and a bait and switch. Then you throw all the other local Cadillac dealers under the bus by saying they all are doing the same thing. So, I called Brotherton Cadillac, I called Bellevue Cadillac and no, they are not doing this or conducting business in this matter. So after my wife had to put up with all this initial crap, she got the GM involved who then stated, they will do what is right and honor the price. My wife went back to buy the car. After another 3 hours of waiting around for what they will give us for our trade. (2019 Yukon with 40K miles and all the options), they offered us 33K. This offer was a low ball offer because my wife had caught them in lies and called them out on their lack of service. I would highly recommend NOT looking at Larson. I would recommend going to Brotherton or Bellevue. After my wife left Larson, we used the very convenient app Brotherton offers and punched in the numbers for our trade. They are giving us 46K which is much more fair and reasonable. Not only will Larson never get a shot at my business ever again, I will make sure that I share with everyone I know our horrible experience and how my wife was talked down to, disrespected and lied to. I cannot believe a "high end" dealership would ever conduct business this way.

No pushy salesman pitch here! After showing up at the dealership and meeting Alexis Sijohn at the fife location I knew we were in for a pleasant buying experience (at last!) If you or anyone you know is in the market for a new or used Cadillac and are also very particular when it comes to customer service then you will love Alexis! Buying my Escalade was a breeze!

Not Honest

They show false adds to get you in and then say it was out on a test drive, they (mgr) sent sales person to get it only to come back to me and say it was sold.

Got me CPO with no jack wheel lock key.

172-point inspection? They did what they could to make my experience as convenient as possible as I did not live in town. Bryant was a friendly rep but my experience with just about everyone else there was unprofessional. Some buyers get straight to the point and others let the salesman guide them along. Well, I knew what I wanted, selected my car, completed the paperwork. Got to my hometown, no wheel lock key or jack, how courteous in my 2018 CPO.

We've emailed you the GM Vehicle Build sheet for your records as your vehicle came with an inflator/repair kit and no spare tire or jack. The lock key should be in your glove box. Service Facility is superb. Drop-off service friendly and accommodating. Had a little trouble locating my car when it was finished and they gave me the keys.
