My salesman was James and he was great. I appreciated feeling like I was buying the most expensive car. James was knowledgeable, courteous, and the best part, gave me my space. Shane, is an excellent representative of Cadillac. He has impeccable customer service and ensures every detail is covered. He made my buying experience the best I ever had. He made sure that I knew what I was doing with every buttons and features in the car. This was actually my first brand new car I ever bought and there was no pressure at all.
