Honest, integrity, and all those other quotes that the other car dealers use "are actually practiced by sean!!!!!" If you are looking for your next great car purchase and what a true individual that will do everything seemingly possible to help you get the vehicle you want, then dont waste time going to other dealerships cause this is the real deal...... I called and wanted an honest review of the vehicle from Sean prior to making the 2 hour drive to the dealership. He, told me of even the slightest imperfection. I had no shocks upon arriving at the dealership! The vehicle was exactly as shown and described! I recently purchased a 2007 Camry from Sean and it is was a very good purschasning experience. Fair minded, responsive, and not your typical games and gimmicks with used cars. I recently purchased a used Camry from Sean, He is dealer who goes out of his way to make his customers feel valued. The quality of his inventory is great as well. I got a great car without the usual handling process that most dealerships try to take ou through, Hawk Automotive made a little profit and I got a good deal and I walked away feelinglike Sean was family, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car you will be treated with respect. In fact I've asked him to find a second vehicle for my family.

I typically do not write reviews, however, my experience with HAWK Auto was quite extra-ordinary and I felt compelled to share. I discovered HAWK Auto as I was looking for a used hybrid sedan online and found a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid in excellent condition. I called the number listed in the ad and Sean (co-owner) responded to my voice mail within the day. I must admit, at first I was hesitant about this dealership which was simply warranted by appearances of the facility, which are rugged and more shop-oriented. However, the associates and owners at HAWK have a high level of integrity which is shown through their excellent customer service, the quality of vehicles they choose to carry, the extremely high level of product knowledge, and their desire to build relationships with each of their customers. Sean & Mario both were willing to spend the required time with my wife & I to ensure our questions were fully satisfied and that we were comfortable with the transaction. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase, nor were we made to feel like we were a burden when our due diligence took longer than might be typical. My experience with the purchasing process is most definitely worthy of a very high review, but the extra-ordinary aspect of my experience with HAWK comes in to play several months following the purchase of the vehicle. The title of the purchased vehicle was delivered via certified mail the very week I was moving houses and tragically became misplaced. After months of looking through papers & boxes, we deemed the title lost. Unfortunately, the vehicle had not been registered and now we had to get a replacement title. After contacting the DOT, the insurance company and the lien holder, all counsel suggested the dealer would have to request a replacement title. What made this extremely difficult was HAWK purchased the vehicle through an auction house in GA, who purchased the vehicle from a leasing agent in FL. Each transfer in ownership was hand-written on the title, so the last recorded registration was still in FL. In order to get the replacement title, Sean was required to spend a tremendous amount of time researching, tracking down involved parties, and initiating on my behalf the request for replacement title. This process spanned many months, involving multiple hours of work on HAWK's part in order to remedy the issue, and Sean was always quick to respond and very professional with each correspondence. At no time was I ever made to feel like I was a nuisance or inconvenience, which I know this issue must have been a large source of frustration for Sean. I do not know of many used dealers that would have put in the time and effort for a single customer who had already made a purchase. This, to me, goes way above and beyond the typical expectations of a used dealer and Sean has demonstrated his dedication to me as a customer. For that I cannot give him a high enough rating and I will always go to HAWK Auto for all of my used vehicle needs in the future. Thanks HAWK!!

From the minute I first called Sean to picking up my title and finishing the process, he was nothing but professional and treated me with respect and candor. Not only are his prices fair, but he seems to really care about his customers and takes pride in his product. Sean swift and thorough throughout the process of purchasing my Acura TL S Type and made sure I had everything I needed, even a ride back to my house to drop off the vehicle I was using.(I was driving my sisters car, as I was in an accident prior to purchasing a new vehicle) I would absolutely recommend Hawk Automotive to any of my friends and have zero doubt that they will be as satisfied as I am.
