Excellent service and product

I recently purchased a used car from R.L. Smith . The experience was pleasant, I dealt with John and he was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Always very polite and informative. R.L. Smith definitely has a realistic approach to what customer service is and how to maintain high standards. Definitely the first dealership I'll be going to for my next car.

Only place to bring your Saab!

I have been having my '03 9-5 Aero serviced at RL Smith for years and have always gotten great service. Twice in the past 2 years I have lost my power windows (different windows) on a Friday afternoon. I called and they said "bring it right over." They had the parts in stock, I was out in a half hour and was able to enjoy my weekend.

Above & beyond!

Purchased used Saab from RL. What a great experience. John & Greg really know how to take care of customer. Easy transaction. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Best place for service as well. They really look at for you and are very honest.

Great place to get a new start!

Everything was done very quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly way. I felt like I was able to get a great deal with no strings attached. I really felt confident in buying my car and that I was able to do it for the first time by myself. Upon buying the car I did find that there was some detail cleaning that I had to do that seemed to be missed, but this was my only complaint throughout the whole process.

A great crew

John and Creg have gone out of their way to help me out when my car broke down. Service is always friendly and quick.

Buying A Car Can Be Fun!

I can't say enough good things about this Dealership. It's the second car I've purchased there and the deals I got and the quality of the autos are just unbelieveable. Our salesman, John, the President, Greg, and the Founder, Mr. Robert Smith are a pleasure to work with. John even had the car ready for us before we were ready to pick it up! Top flight service too. Made good on a bad situation

I purchased a car that had unknown major issues. Greg, John, and Mr. Smith were patient with my concerns and repaired my vehicle each time it acted up. When we finally determined it was a lemon, they allowed me to trade it in for another car equal in value for no cost. They are very fair, reputable, and I can't thank them enough for letting me get out of a bad situation. I will go to them again in the future to purchase another vehicle.

A Square Deal

We purchased our 2000 Toyota van from R. L. Smith in 2003. We used to take it to the Toyota dealer for service and repairs but have returned to R. L. Smith where we have a down-to-earth relationship and always get a square deal. (And they have a nice waiting room and loaner cars too.)

Purchasing Used vehicle from RL Smith

I Worked with RL Smith over the last year, they were very helpful in replacing my daughter's Saab that had a blown engine . I had left the vehicle with them while sorting out the details in their care for a year, they were very kind in allowing the vehicle to remain on the lot, and also very helpful when it came time to get a replacement vehicle. The dealership is first class in working with clients!
