These guys were great for me!

Stopped and they were very helpful! Gave me all the information and let me make my decision. Got a great deal on my car will definitely use them again.

Inquired about total cost out the door cash.

Liked a veh. on lot . asked full price out door so i could stop at bank get a cashiers chk. for pmt. Seemed simple to me. Never heatd back from anyone there. Im guessing they dont need to sell veh. there sales are so good :) So i went to # 2 and got a answer and paid my cash and drove off happy .I think that comes under there tuff luck on lost sale.

NOT RECOMMENDED: OVERPRICED SALES STRATEGY

Went to look at a car they had priced $200 over the bluebook value in perfect condition. This car needed at least $1000 put into it, and they said they would give some consideration. "What would that be?" I asked. $200. So they wanted to sell me a car in average condition at the bluebook value for perfect condition. NO SALE. Their pricing strategy is to overprice the cars, which need work. We walked the lot and noticed a lot of cars needing one thing or another there. They did not offer to fix anything either. We walked off without making a purchase and will not even consider buying a vehicle from them.

Bad Service

Fred is a total disaster providing customer service. He is totally not happy to be working there. Apparently he doesn't know that customers will always try to get the best deal so when I came up with a negotiation approach, he replied. "I am not negotiating." It is not what you say, Fred, it's how you say it. Facilities are awful. I work for a consulting company providing customer service and sales training to thousands of companies globally and this is totally unacceptable.

Got ripoffed $1,600 down payment for a car. Refused to...

Got ripoffed $1,600 down payment for a car. Refused to come to negotiate about my down payment. Car broke down the 2nd Day after purchase..had to returned because of safety issues involved and repairs required..Refused to reconsider saying you lost your $$..Lying about title issues and finance too..

Don't buy at this business; they lie about repairs done...

Don't buy at this business; they lie about repairs done and give customers the run-around. Repairs that are done are patch work. The car that I bought broke down almost immediately and I have continued to make payments on it, despite it being in repair for 2 months! The cost of the repairs has more than quadrupled and attempts to get information on the end date of the repairs have been met with discourteous comments, rude service, and outright hostility. In an attempt to reconcile this issue, I have had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney Generals Office, and the Florida Division of Consumer Services.
