I purchased a Ford Focus & the radio wasn't working & I was told I could get an after market one put in for around $100, I got a quote from Best Buy for over $1K. I also had to have break pads installed, a new battery. Plus I need tires. I was told they inspected the car, which they couldn't have because it needed front breaks, new battery, tires & aimp module.

FRAUD ALERT
I BOUGHT A VAN 10 YRS. AGO AND HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE SO WHEN IT DIED I WENT BACK ONLY AFTER FINDING WHAT I WANTED THEY SAID THEY NO LONGER FINIANCE SO IT WAS A WASTED TRIP FROM ST.PETERSBURG. I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHER CAR LOTS THAT WANT MY RETURN BUSINESS.

My experience with J linn Motors
Recently bought a vehicle on 7/13/20 days ago, the car was driven by me 50 miles max. The transmission already started slipping and the car will barley move. Still waiting to see what they will do about it.

Awesome Car Buying Experience!
I contacted J-Linn through their website (J-LinnMotors.net) and filled out their Secure Loan Application. They had around four cars that met my criteria, being low miles and mechanically sound. Their salesperson Fred contacted me the next day was quite friendly. He said they had cars in my price range. I went to buy a car on Friday, May 29, 2020. The first question I asked was "Are you going to be able to finance me?" due to my credit score being very low. I had spent almost two weeks hearing every dealership/auto sales business say no. He responded by saying "Let's run your numbers and see?" He forwarded my information to their finance companies and found one that would do financing. He then told me he had a car that he thought was perfect for me and would meet the finance companies qualifications. He drove a beautiful deep blue 2010 Chevrolet HHR up to the front and I looked it over. It's 10 years old and looked and ran like new. We then did all the paperwork and I drove that car away the same day! I can't say enough about this company. They've been in business for 20 years so I trusted them. The customer service women were wonderful and also quite friendly. Even their other salesman was kind and funny. I've now had the car for a week and a half and have driven it quite a bit. So far, so great! I'm not used to the more modern power assist capabilities but am learning as I go. Again, So Happy!

Prompt and considerate
Prompt callback and kind. Definitely considering going to then when we are able to find a vehicle for a ride there. That's very much! Their pictures posted are very thorough and descriptive. We have the money to purchase but the car seats for our two toddlers come first as they were wrecked in the last accident when hubby flipped the car multiple times and totalled it. We're grateful no one else was in the car.

Treated very badly
I went to look for a nice used car I had seen on a website carfax I believe. I was approached by a man in a tshirt and jeans. His approach was intimidating. I had no idea who he was I asked him if he worked there. I didn't want him to get to close to me before answering my question. When he got closer he responded body language seemed tense. Before I had a chance to ask him any questions he started grilling me. He made me very uncomfortable. I was creeped out by this man if he was truly a salesman he needs to learn how to approach people.

Wasn’t honest about the vehicle
I brought my vehicle from J Linn Motors the vehicle I brought wasn’t up to par they Was it truthful I never brought a used vehicle and almost have to put $1000 into it haven’t had a full week

I bought a car
I bought a 2005 Saturn ion for almost $5000.00. The guy said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. I've had it for a little over a month. I just had to put over $1500.00 in it to replace the whole front end. I would not recommend going to this car dealership to anyone!!!!
