Was dealing with them for a ford mustang convertible. After giving a written offer on email and making me travel 100miles one side. They refused and said... that was not the offer on convertible. Said some other person wrote that price on his name and he didn't knew. When on successive emails he was talking about same. Such a cheaters and liars. Definitely no one should go to buy vehicles from them. They will just waste your time and they don't care. Travelled 2hours to come back without a car. Atleast be genuine in the starting and say the truth . Why wasting customers precious time

Used a lot of words like transparent, and world class service, but took forever to finally come out and and say the list price plus tax and licenses and... fees is the final price on all their used cars. So no haggling. How was I to know that if it’s not disclosed right up front. I understand after they explained to me it’s their way of fighting back against the poor reputation of used car salespeople. The price is the price sir. Caught me by surprise. In my past experience no one in their right mind would offer the asking price at a used car dealer. Not aware of the situation I researched the vehicle and offered 10 percent below their out the door list price. i was promptly and politely told there was no negotiation on price. The difference was only $1,100 but I was soured to the purchase having first set my maximum price and made my offer expecting, like many times before, to have the dealer meet my offer and come back with a price somewhere in the middle ground. It was a disconcerting experience. More so because I wanted this old car for nostalgic reasons. Nonetheless, I passed buying at the full list price plus tax, license and fees feeling discombobulated. It’s three weeks now since the car first went up for sale there and I can’t help wonder if my pricing wasn’t more accurate than their without room for negotiation pricing? It is after all their car and they will sell it for whatever price they deem appropriate. Sadly, not to me.

I have to tell you. I am 66 years old and I have purchased many many vehicles in my life and I have never enjoyed to process as much as I did with this... purchase. LaVonne Gillette was my sales person and there are no words I can say that would do justice to how she treated me and with her knowledge, thoughtfulness, undivided attention she gave me and my daughter who also got a vehicle from her at your dealership!!! I would without hesitation return to her for another purchase and would strongly recommend and do anything in my power to persuade friends to visit your showroom and seek LaVonne to help them!!! I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But... the price actually went down a bit. extremely nice people. However, their fault or Ford Motors fault - one of the photos had an ill fitting trunk lid. Advertised as an American [U.S.] built... automobile. Same old, same old, UAW shoddy workmanship. No full size Ford for me.
