We purchase a used plug-in hybrid car from Ford Lincoln Fairfiled and had an excellent and wonderful experience. Nathaniel earned a five-star because he was very responsive and prompt in communication with us from beginning to finish. He kept us informed each step of the way. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the car. He went extra miles to accommodate our time schedule. The test drive and purchasing process was very smooth and took less than two hours. We absolutely recommend Nathaniel and Ford Lincoln Fairfield to everyone who is looking to buy a car.

I recently purchased Ford Maverick Hybrid Truck.

I recently purchased Ford Maverick Hybrid Truck. The service was excellent; Emari looked out for me, and let me know right away, when a customer didn‘t pick up their order, and Kellen worked hard, putting in extra time, to close sale at the end of the day. Now I have a Hybric truck much sooner than I thought I would. Their service was relaxed, and informed; a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ford Fairfield!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND ASK FOR MARK DNISTRAN. HE IS GREAT. I recently purchased an expedition from Fairfield Ford. I was so impressed with the great customer service we received from our sales manager Mark Dnistran. He was friendly kind even help watch my 2 year old son when we were signing paperwork. Mark was very helpful discussing prices and getting us the best dealer possible. He greeted us right as we walked in. I would difently use Fairfield Ford again. I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from the Fairfield Lincoln

I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from the Fairfield Lincoln Ford dealership yesterday (Sunday). We called them from Redding, CA @ 12:45 pm. Talked to Phil Johnson and texting Sharon Mercado. I Made an offer, and by 1:00 we had an accepted price thanks to the sales manager Heather Vladislavich, and were on way to Fairfield, a 3.5 hour drive. On the way Phil our super hero salesman sent us our credit apps, got a copy of our licenses, and proof of insurance. He stayed in contact with me, and his coworker Sharon stayed in contact with my husband all along the way. Answering all our questions. Upon our arrival at 4:30 PM Phil greeted us at the door. He seated my brother in law Bill ( along for the ride) with a snack and something to drink and we were off to look at the vehicle which was immaculate. Everything was exactly what they said it would be. My husband did the drive and we agreed that was what we were looking for. We were off to Phils office to sign paperwork that was completed and ready to go. Then we were off to finance where we were so pleased to meet Missy Balance. She explained so well everything we were signing. we so enjoyed our time with her. Such a great team of people. Everything we were told was exactly what happened. My husband and I have been buying cars since 1977. Never.. and I mean never have we had such a great and honest experience buying a car. They treated us like royalty and our guest. We were greeted by the staff on our way out of the dealership clapping and congratulating us on our new purchase. I had a big bow on my hood. I don't think my husband and I will ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by everyone there put such a sense of confidence in our buying experience. I would highly recommend buying a car here to anyone looking for an honest deal. Diane Baxter

Excellent Service and Sales Department.

Excellent Service and Sales Department. Don't pay the Dealer Markups at other dealers. Go to Ford and Lincoln of Fairfield!!! Most models have no markups, AND their sales people are not high pressure. It's a truly refreshing experience in car buying. The service department is on the ball, and keep true to their word. Iw as very impressed. Have returned to this dealer multiple times for the above reasons.
