Truely greatest service and experience!!

Went in to find a smalller truck Zach filled out all my paperwork real easy , Then RJ the owner test drove my trade gave me a super price for it even got great financing with SCTELCO CREDIT UNION. Matthew did all my paper work and in 1 hr the bank called me approved , even with bad credit from my past ! They made a true believer out of me and gave me a new start to fit my budget Great service great staff

Awesome service

TLC motors had exceptional customer service. Joe was one of a kind in his service. I've never experienced anyone quite like him in sales before. The process was quick and easy and we are more than pleased with our new vehicle. We highly recommend this company and will be return customers.

excellent customer service

I was blown away by the customer service, from the time we walked into the door Zac greeted us and catered to our needs the entire time. His coworkers treated us very nice as well, there's a big family vibe here and everyone is very professional and answer all your questions. Zac made sure we understood everything and left with a car we loved for our family, next car I'm coming back to see him.

Lack Of Integrity

I went in for a used vehicle one day. I stepped in the office and I stood up waiting. People saw me standing there but didn't offer to help me. Until finally someone came out to help. I told the guy which car I wanted to test drive and I took it for a spin. When I got back, I told him I was interested and we proceeded with the paperwork. He said my credit was good and all I would need is to prove my income, which wasn't a problem. He told me he had a lender who could help and he said he would get back with me soon. The lender called me and gathered my information. To make a long story short, I never heard back from either the dealer or the lender. The car I wanted winded up being sold to someone else. The least they could do was either call or email me to let me know I was denied, approved, etc. But they didn't say a word which shows the lack of integrity this car dealership has. Instead of me waiting I could have took my business elsewhere. Luckily, I found a car and a dealership who got me in car within 2 days. This was a lesson learned and sometimes people aren't who they really seem....Buyer beware!!

Everybody is approved but if the sales person told you we needed to prove your income and you don't provide us with the proof, we cannot proceed with your purchase. Also, If you do not put a partial payment/deposit on a vehicle then it is not yours yet, we CANNOT hold it and it is available to anyone. We aren't here to play games, we sell a lot of cars and we sell them fast! You have to understand that there are thousands of customers shopping online and looking at our vehicles 24/7. So, if you are waiting on financing without a deposit or dragging your feet to come up with proof of income while someone else walks in with cash ready to buy there is nothing we can do about that. When we ask for a deposit, not only does it let us know you are serious about purchasing but it also protects you from anyone else being able to purchase that vehicle. Even if they offered us more money we would NEVER sell it out from under you once a deposit has been made. Just not the way we do business. Absolutely no vehicle shall be held without a deposit! As far as not getting the service/attention that you were expecting, I can agree with you on that 110%. You are not the only customer who has gotten upset with us recently because of that. The fact is, our business is growing at an alarming rate, much faster than we were prepared for. We have a high volume of applications/inquiries/walk-ins coming in. Everybody & their grandmother wants to buy a car from TLC Motors which is a problem. It's a great problem to have but none the less it's a problem we have encountered. We currently don't have enough staff to handle the high volume of applications we are receiving. We know we are absolutely under staffed right now and we have acknowledged that problem. We are hiring more staff and restructuring our current staff to meet the overwhelming demand. I'm glad you found a vehicle you liked and made a purchase. I'm sorry we didn't meet your service expectations but we are working on getting that straightened out and under control so that all of our customers gets the full attention they deserve.
