Great people

Everyone was very nice. I was able to pick the best car. They are very honest and not like most car salesmen. They were very helpful.

Inspect thoroughly

The dealership and dealers were very friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience. However after owning my car I purchased from them, I’m noticing more and more flaws that are adding up to be really expensive. Unimpressed that they left some of these parts out/broken. I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth now. I purchased a van and the 3rd row seat’s seatbelts are either missing or completely cut up. The center console is not attached and hardware to attach it is pricey. Had to replace all the wipers and remove uneven pinstriping (these last two don’t bother me too much but it’s all adding up and I’m not excited about my purchase anymore.

Service sucks

Salesman don't call you back. Brakes on my car was supposed to be fixed. A few days later started sqeeling. Take over a week to get answers. I live in Charleston. 1 of the managers said I can pay to get them fix or drive back up to Spartanburg so they can look at it with a attitude. But has a warranty, Bad business. Love the car. Brandon the financial guy was awesome!!!

Horrible!!!!

When I arrived at my schedule 4 :30 pm appointment, which they were confirming every 30 minutes!!! I walked inside, totally all three sitting there, totally unengaged!!!! Finally one stands up, know clue where he was!! And when I informed him I wanted something for around $4000, which obviously to this person was nothing , but totally to me, it's worth $4000, to my hard earned money!! Anyway, he took me to around the back, which he obviously had no clue about I guess , what is around the back???? No problem I'm so glad the wise guys are in bed with you, they won't be for long!! Totally the worse car experience in my 50 years of buying cars!!

Liars, movers and shakers

This place has terrible customer service and they are a bunch of liars. Hopefully someone reads this review and decides against buying a car here. Do not do it!

Dealer response

This customer was extremely problematic to us. Purchased a very nice Malibu and 3 months after purchasing the vehicle accused us of not changing the oil in the car even after we provided documentation and the repair bill from the Predelivery inspection and maintenance we completed. Greg has been harassing us all over every internet platform available. We normally would try to be accommodating and helpful to any customer but this customer is just trying to force us to pay him some money when we have done absolutely nothing wrong. We are just not going to give an undeserved handout to anybody.

Waste of time.

Wasted my time. Drove over an hour to view and purchase a truck. Appointment was confirmed before leaving the house. When I arrived, I entered the facility to see everyone watching The Avengers. Then it was a who wants to take care of this customer. Not very professional about it. Asked about the truck and the truck was no where to be found. The salesman that did try and help me made a couple calls and sent me to the detail shop 6 minutes away where it was at because, "all our vehicles go to the shop before we show them. So then I drove to a place called the machine shop where they said the truck would be that it would be outside if I wanted to see it, that it shouldn't be locked. I arrive at the detail shop after leaving TLC motors and look for the truck. Still no where to be found, did I really just drive over an hour with 3 kids for no reason? Why yes, yes I did. If you value your time and money I would suggest another dealership.

Bad dealer

They kept a car that I purchased for a month before they send it to me,claiming that they fixing it for safety inspection, they tow the car to be inspected and when I got the car delivered, all kind messages on the dash.from ABC,TO BREAK LINING AND BATTERY ESP NO HEAT NO RADIO NO REAR LIGHTS TRUNK DOES NOT OPEN NO AIR-CONDITIONED NO WIPERS THE ROOF DOESN'T RETRACT NO CENTRAL LOCK THE 2 FENDER HIT IN FRONT,HYDROLIC PUMP LEAK BADLY, YOU PUT ON THE LIGHT AT NIGHT AND THE ENTIRE CAR LIGHTS UP INSIDE, E-BREAK REALESE BROKEN,LIGHT SWITCH BROKEN,WATER LEAK TO INSIDE THE CAR,ALL FUSE BOXES HAVE NO COVERS FENDER AND BUMPER LOOSE TO THE GROUND. AND HOW THE CAR PASS INSPECTION, NOT SURE.AND UP TO now no temp plate, they refuse to send me a plate.they are bad people, do not,I mean do not buy anything from them.

Pleasant Experience

I called ahead about a car they had it ready to go when we got there. Barrett was very helpful threw out the process. Had unexpected problem but they worked hard to help fix it.
