The buying process was superb, efficient and very professional. Unfortunately, I was talked into buying a Vehicle Service Agreement that did not provide the length of coverage that I was assured it would. That’s not a big problem because it can be cancelled. The experience that really soured an otherwise “. Excellent Experience” was the lack of communication regarding DMV fees that would be owed after the purchase. I received a nasty and unexpected surprise charge on my credit card two weeks after completing the deal. Better communication would have made all of this a much better experience in the end.

I was given an estimate over the phone for oil change and multi point inspection for 149$ When I arrived I was surprised that the price went over $200 with no inspections at all and with regular oil not synthetic one . When I confronted the guy he said: oh because your car is old we can give some inspections but the price is going to be the same and regular oil. I feel I have been taken advantage of may be because I am old and I have an accent. And things were twisted because I called twice and they confirmed it is $149 with multipoint inspections and fluid toppings and everything else. I was disappointed in this experience although I was planning to do all the work and services in your dealership, now I am hesitant..
