Lubbers Cars

Car was taken in for repair under warranty. Part got broke whike repair. Part was on back order.. No help from anyone there. Was not given a time part would be in. Asked them to trade us out of vehicle. Said no but bought it back.. Suppose to show it as a postive credit. But in mean time lost all the money we paid on the car. Plus the down payment. Never late on any payments. Now we are without a vehicle. Way to help your customers. Would discourage anyone from buying are using there service dept. Refused to give down payment back even thoe it was there fault.. Think there was more problems than what was told.

Fair , thorough, honest and efficient. If you know you want they will get it and get it to you at as reasonable a price as is available A bit of a ride out but the ride home is unlike any you will have anyplace else .

My buddy took his truck in for scheduled maintenance and they dropped his truck off of a raised lift while servicing! They claimed that all damages were fixable and then suggested he spend more money to buy a newer model! Failed public relations big time! We and he will not be returning.
