Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. He was very friendly knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond when I had a question about the towing capacity for my Kia. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I'd been car shopping for a while, test-driving a bunch
I'd been car shopping for a while, test-driving a bunch of small SUVs before finally deciding on a KIA. I did a ton of research on the car and different dealerships, looking at inventory, customer service, and financing options. After a long search, I finally found a dealership that had everything I wanted. Since I already knew which car I wanted, the process was quick when Joe Williams greeted us. He was super patient, professional, and knew everything about the car. I took it for a test drive and loved it! The whole buying process went smoothly, and Joe walked me through all the car's features. There was a mark on the driver's side door that wouldn't come off, even after Joe tried cleaning it, so he set up a service appointment to get it fixed. Nick Anderson, the Service Manager at Sands KIA, reached out and scheduled my appointment for 2/27. When I showed up at the service department, Nick was already there waiting. He introduced himself and even showed me the waiting room--something I've never had happen before. I've owned Toyota and Hyundai cars, and their service departments never did that. I usually had to sit in my car for at least 5 to 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and if I had to wait for something simple like an oil change, two hours was normal. So, I came prepared, expecting to be there for a while. But three minutes after I sat down--before I even had a chance to go to the restroom--Nick came back and told me the spot on my car was already fixed! What?! No long wait? I'm not used to that! Nick showed me my car to make sure I was happy, and that was it--DONE! I'm so impressed with Sands KIA, both for the car-buying experience and their service. Huge thanks to Joe and Nick! I also heard they're moving to a new location with an even better service department--can't wait to check it out. Never thought I'd actually be excited about a dealership move!

Kia of surprise is the place to take your vehicle. Superb customer service, very helpful in explaining what is needed. They estimated my job would take 90 minutes, it was completed in 60 minutes, with a free car wash. I definitely will take my car there, again. If I could give 50 stars, if would. My experience with Sands Kia has been a positive one. My family and I have purchased several cars from Belhem and will continue to do so. We love working with her. She is trustworthy and listens to what our needs are. We love her upbeat personality and how down to earth and approachable she is. She is great with follow up. Overall a great salesperson and our go to with any car needs we have. We recommend her to any of our friends that are looking to purchase a vehicle as we want them to have a positive car buying experience like we've had. Now our go to Service guy is Nick Anderson. He, also, is a great to deal with. He is great at explaining what each service entails and never tries to take advantage of you. He is always willing to work with you and that is appreciated. He is our go to for our service needs.

Pleasant Buying Experience!
Looked everywhere for a low miles for sale by owner Sorento. They don't exist. Wasn't looking forward to buying from a dealership, but Sands Kia changed my mind. They had the car I wanted at a negotiated "out the door" price I could live with. The only hangup was getting only one key FOB while I was walking to the car to go home. It was explained that only one FOB was surrendered with the car by the previous owner. Not my problem. I asked for a second FOB, and after escalating it up a few management levels on the phone, got the service department to provide a new second FOB. I appreciated that.
