Excellent customer service experience. Jeff, Jason, Nancy, and Scott were all great to work with. Jeff is an excellent salesperson. He listens to his customers and is not pushy. The team was willing to go up and above to insure we were happy. The facility is great and very clean. This is how a auto purchase experience should be at all dealerships.

This dealership and the employees who helped us lease an Audi will go far. We felt very welcome from the moment we entered the showroom. Miles' calm and thoughtful manner was really appreciated, and he was always very prompt to answer any questions by e-mail. Sam's humor and obvious love for his job and and the Audi brand helped to make the long paperwork process bearable. If we ever decide to buy an Audi after our lease ends, we'll return there for certain.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COOPERATION I RECEIVED FROM CORY GILES AND KEVIN FIELDS WHILE MAKING MY DECISION TO PURCHASE A 2011 AUDI A6. I HAD CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT WHAT MODEL I WANTED A COUPLE OF TIMES, BUT THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND WORKED WITH ME UNTIL I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY CHOICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY REVISIT THEM IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO PURCHASE AN AUDI.

My wife was very hesitant to look at Audis again after experiences with the salespeople at another local Audi dealership--lots of attitude and arrogance. Since the last time we looked this new dealership opened and we went down and got the car we wanted that day with a wonderful staff. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

We had a good experience and the showroom is really amazing. We still spent about twice as much time buying our car as we have spent in the past at other places, so this could be improved. Also, not all the information was presented to us at the beginning--additional warranty info came later. We would have preferred and we might even have bought the plan if we had had more time to review. Since they offered it to us to late in the process (we could have been reviewing it while we waited) we passed, as we needed to stay on schedule and didn't want to sign up for a service without researching it first.

Miles was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to take as much time as we needed to prepare us for our eventual purchase. He allowed us to feel like we directed the process and made it easy to come to a decision. From that point on the dealership was a well-oiled machine, from paperwork to delivery, we never felt we had to wait an extended period for any next step. It was hard to believe that this was a new dealership.

We were in the market for a new vehicle and had decided to check out the new Audi dealership that was opening. I live near Sunset Imports (the only Audi dealership in a 150 mile radius until Audi Wilsonville opened) but have never stepped on their lot because their sales dept’s poor reputation in the past. My wife and I visited during Audi Wilsonville’s opening day and it exceeded our expectations. Honestly, as a young couple, I expected to be ignored like at some other dealerships in the past. It was completely opposite there. They gave us their undivided attention and answered all our questions to the best of their ability. The showroom, staff, and cars were phenomenal. Our salesman Cory was great. He gave us an excellent demonstration of what the Q5 quattro system was capable of and we did not feel rushed through it at all. We were initially undecided on what automobile brand we were going to buy, but because our experience was so great, we stopped looking and bought an Audi. In the next couple years when we’re ready to replace our other car, we’ll be back! -Sean and Jill

The entire experience was friendly, respectful and comfortable. I enjoyed purchasing our new car from Josh and felt like we got a good deal. I would buy another car from this dealership and from Josh if the opportunity presents itself. The dealership was state of the art with a nice waiting area and play room for kids.

I worked with Kevin Fields for several months to build the perfect S4. Kevin's enthusiasm and knowledge made this exsperience exciting and fun.I would highly recommend kevin and his team to any one serious about Audi. The new store is very well designed and comfertable and has all state of the art electronics.

We were ready to purchase a new SUV. We had looked at a variety of makes/models but opted to look closer at the Audi Q5. With Wilsonville Audi recently opening in our neighborhood, we stopped to visit the dealership and take a closer look at the Q5. We spent a few hours working with Scott (Brand Development) reviewing the features and capabilities of the Audi Q5. Scott knew his product well and took the time to respond to questions my wife and I had regarding the vehicle. Following a test drive of the Q5, we were convinced that it was the right vehicle for us. The next day, via email, I contacted both Sunset Audi and Wilsonville Audi in an effort to obtain the best price and trade in allowance for the new Q5 we had decided to buy. Both dealerships quickly responded. Wilsonville Audi Kevin (Sales Manager) worked with me on his best price for the Q5 and then gave me a generous allowance for my trade in. Sunset Audi provided me with a price quote as well. Their best price for the Q5 was more and their trade in allowance they were offering me was significantly less. I even gave them an opportunity to revise their pricing but they opted not to do so as they never responded to my query. Good pricing; a thrilling test drive of the Q5; and a friendly and professional staff that want to work with you made my decision to buy from Wilsonville Audi easy not to mention that their new dealership is a welcome addition to the Wilsonville neighborhood and very close to where we live. More importantly, I felt good about our purchase. We saved some money and Wilsonville Audi made some money. It was a win-win! This is exactly the way a good sale should go. We can't wait to receive delivery of our new Q5!
