Fareez, Franck, & Isaac were super professional and helpful. It really matters who you work with when purchasing a used vehicle and we lucked out with these three individuals. They were accommodating and not pushy. Highly recommend!

Be warned. If you get a failure on your car within the warranty period, return the car. To give credit due, they towed the car and fixed with no questions asked. However, the same exact part failed 2 months later and was now out of the warranty period so nothing they can do about it. $7k later, I believe the business objective to be, install cheap parts that will last enough to get out of the warranty period.

I wish I could give this used car dealership 5 minus. Although used car dealerships don't have good reputation in our society, but hands down Auto City is one of the worst. I would not recommend them to anyone. Totally fraud and dishonesty to say the least.

A lot of negative reviews are because someone didn’t get what they wanted. Well I’m happy to share that I did. Not only were they friendly, but when Fareez made a mistake on my trade in he quickly let me know and that he apologized profusely. At first I said thanks but no, Im good. The next day he called me back and offered more for my car, what I actually wanted, which he did not know. Jinett, was also super helpful and so was Jeanette who first welcomed me to the dealership. Overall very pleasant experience.
