Overall, my experience with Audi Tulsa and the entire

Overall, my experience with Audi Tulsa and the entire staff was a professional and cordial experience. The process was easy as my questions were answered by listening to my needs. This was a significant value added service as it provided the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Easiest process to purchase a car I ever had.

Audi Tulsa has taken good care of my car each time I go

Audi Tulsa has taken good care of my car each time I go in. Recently the check engine light went on and they found it was just low on oil, so they topped me off free and sent me on my way. Great service and very friendly.

Went in for my 30,000 miles appointment. Jason is always nice and takes the time to answer all my questions. I always have a lot of questions. Easy to set up appointments.

Liars & rude agressive sales team - avoid

I purschased a $70k Porsche 911 (used) from here. As I am an out of state buyer I relied on the sales team to give me a fair descrition of the vehicle before viewing it. It was described verbally as being in "near perfect condition" and again via email as having "barely any blemishes on it". When I arrived to collect and pay for the vehicle I immdeiately noticed a dent on the front bumper, further inspection also uncovered a (more significant) dent on the side sill directly behind the front wheel well on the passenger side of the vehicle. When I pointed this oit the Sales Manager became enraged and agressive and I had to calm him down - Hugely unprofessional behaviour. Regardless, as part of the sale Audi Tulsa agreed to cover the cost of repairing this damage and I recieved a signed commitemnet to do this as part of the sales documentation. I obtained a fair quote for the work from a Caliber Collision and even negotiated a discount on the work but they are now refusing to pay for the work and have instead offered to "contribute" just $200 to the $2,870.03 repair bill. Do not trust this company they will lie to you to close the deal and not follow through on their promises - Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the best!!!

This is simply the absolute best in sales and service. We have purchased an Audi A-6, Audi A-7 and Audi Q-7 prestige from this dealer. Joe and Richard are outstanding. Every detail of our purchases were perfect. Stephen took care of all of our extended warranties with precise perfection. ALL of the service technicians are extremely helpful and take care of you and your vehicle with professional care. They go above and beyond every day to make Audi Tulsa the best. If you are on the fence about where to go for your auto needs this is the place to go

Outstanding long-distance buying experience

Audi Tulsa not only had the best inventory of Audi TDIs, they went out of their way to make a trade over 1,200 miles away on the West Coast and offered to meet half way to trade vehicles at no additional cost. Superb and highly recommended.

The amazing repair service provided by Mitch and Casey was outstanding. I have never experienced anything like that ever in my life and I don't think I ever will ever again.

My Audi Tulsa experience

I had a fantastic experience. My salesperson, Lauren Colwell, went above and beyond to besure I was satisfied. Her service was superb and I'll look for her the next time I buy a car. And I love my new Audi A5!

Great Salesperson Julie Sharp

Julie Sharp was our GREAT salesperson at the Tulsa Audi dealership! I have already recommended her to others. My husband said it was the funnest test drive he has ever had! We love our new car and really appreciated all Julie's knowledge and helpfulness when we picked up our car. She took a lot of time setting up our radio, phone, etc and went through everything on our car before we pulled off the lot. Everyone there was very friendly and nice. She even introduced us to the service department. Normally I HATE purchasing a car but Julie made this purchase a very pleasant experience.
