My encounter with the service department was characterized by a competent understanding of factors that surrounded my inquiry concerning my auto's wheel alignment. Service suggested a diagnostic wheel alignment check that ultimately indicated the car was being properly maintained and continued use would not expose me to safety problems or damage to the car.
