Keith and his team are the reason I continue to go back

Service was very good.

Service was very good. Keith heard all the problems in vehicle and have them fixed and the part that was missing is ordered and have been asked to bring the vehicle to fix it.

Easy drop off and pick up.

Easy drop off and pick up. Parking lot is over crowded with inventory/service vehicles. Keith was welcoming, detail oriented and nice to work with.

Let me save you, the reader of this review, the trouble

Let me save you, the reader of this review, the trouble of having to research dealerships and salespeople. Go to Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield and request or schedule an appointment with Cheryl Cooper. You will never work with a salesperson that outshines her in every way. Cheryl was kind, down to earth, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable (seriously, she knows everything about these cars), and did everything she could to assure our experience was second to none. Not to mention, she shared with us that she used to be a mechanic - how cool is that?!?! We purchased a Telluride that checked absolutely every one of our boxes and Cheryl guarded it with her life from anyone else even looking at it until we made our purchase official. She was an absolute joy to work with and anyone moving through the car buying experience with her is very lucky.
