I came in for a recall on my Telluride.

I came in for a recall on my Telluride. Disappointed that they didn’t have the parts on hand to complete the work. Now I have to come back to complete the work. I realize this is probably Kia’ s fault but still frustrating.

Too long of wait even with a reservation.

Too long of wait even with a reservation. double of what I was told it would take. costs are too high.

Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Jean reached out to us after our initial visit in a way that was genuinely meant to be helpful, not pressuring us in any way. We liked that Jean let us know that what separated Jim Butler from other Kia dealers was their lifetime warranty of its vehicles. We had been shopping other Kia dealers and it was one of the reasons we chose Jim Butler. We also felt there would be good support here in the future with maintenance and repairs. One final thing that we were very impressed with was the guidance Jake gave us while talking about financing our new Kia. His work ensured that we were able to afford the Telluride we wanted.

Fantastic and outstanding says it all.

Fantastic and outstanding says it all. I felt very comfortable through the whole process. Very accommodating and helpful and I felt they were working on my side. The work done was perfect. All dealerships could take lessons from this dealership and its employees. Are 6 stars available? Great job.

Service at Jim Butler is superb! Jonathan Hutchins really keeps on top of what needs to be done to keep both our KIA CARNIVAL and our KIA SPORTAGE in tip top shape!

Doug Willis our Sales Associate was very knowledgeable

Doug Willis our Sales Associate was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, provided good suggestions on which models and trim styles would meet our needs, and met with us on three different days to show us different cars and answer our questions.

Probably the best experience we've ever had at a

Probably the best experience we've ever had at a dealership!! The salesman, Jeremy, was beyond compare - just a great guy with no urgency, or talking down to, to his delivery. Made us feel comfortable during the whole transaction.
