My wife was treated very poorly by the service writer.
My wife was treated very poorly by the service writer. Scott Johnson the General Manager of Jim Butler KIA refuses to return my phone calls. The sales person I bought the car from Cheryl Cooper, knows I am unhappy with my new Kia Sportage but still continues to send me emails to try and take my car in on trade and buy another car from this dealership. Nightmare of a car buying experience for me at Jim Butler KIA.

Keith is one of the main reasons we like bringing our cars to Jim Butler KIA for service. Having a person in Service to answer the phone is a nice solution vs having our calls go to voice mail and then tell us we should get on the web site to schedule an appt. That may be fine for routine maintenance but that wont work for more urgent, unplanned, maintenance The website and a message is very impersonal..
