I just purchased a new vehicle from Flow Mazda and I couldn't be happier. To start with, Jenny Larew was the most professional and personable sales representative that I have ever dealt with. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and have rarely enjoyed the experience. Jenny changed all that. Jenny took the time to listen and never once tried to push a car on me. Doniell and Gabe also come in for praise. Doniell's expertise and transparency impressed both me and especially my wife. Both Jenny and Doniell went way out of their way to make our experience at Flow Mazda stress-free. Gabe took the time with us to listen and not try to hard-sell us on any particular package. He is extremely personable. Since my purchase, my new car has needed a few added touches. All three have been incredibly responsive and have shown that it's not just about the sale. I simply can't recommend Flow Mazda highly enough.

We could not be more pleased with the reception and help we received from Jenny Larew at Flow Mazda of Charlottesville! After my BMW was T-boned and totaled, we suddenly had to be in the market for a used car and were not terribly eager to face that process. But—from our online request to test-drive a MazdaCX-30 that looked interesting to our finalizing of the financial details—we were struck by the professionalism and pleasantness of the Flow Mazda team. We especially appreciated Jenny’s knowledge of the cars and the buying process, her patience and helpfulness, and her friendliness. It was surprising and wonderful to be invited to test-drive without company (though she was so great that we are happy we invited her along) and to not face any hard selling. We highly recommend Jenny and this Flow Mazda office.

We recently purchased a new Mazda CX30 from Flow Mazda. The salespeople were very helpful. Jenny Freitas took my wife on a drive and sold her on the car. When we had questions, she made sure we got answers. When they did not have the color, we wanted they went hunting and secured the car within a couple of days. I would have given them a 5 but i thought i could have gotten a slightly better deal if I had shopped around. The key was my wife wanted a replacement vehicle she could drive, and they are the closes dealer to us.
