Flow Mazda

I had a great experience at Flow Mazda. My salesperson, Hector, made the everything easy. We came in one day, emailed the next day, and went in and signed at our convenience. They were all really great to work with.

As a young woman with very little car knowledge (and little trust for car-related people), I cannot recommend Flow Mazda highly enough. My Prius went caput on me about 48 hours before a long road trip that absolutely required a car. The car search was going terribly until we found Hector at Flow Mazda. Not only did he listen to my requirements for my new vehicle, but he worked tirelessly on his day off to help me find the perfect car and go through the purchasing process. He truly went above and beyond. I was not in the market for a brand new car off the lot, and I was worried that going into the dealership I would feel less important that those who were making those larger purchases. Every single employee who walked past greeted me warmly, and shared my excitement about my new 2014 Subaru Outback somebody had previously traded in. I’ve never purchased a car and he made the entire process a dream. He was insanely patient and kind and not once did I feel like I was in over my head. He took time to explain every little thing to me. I walked out of the dealership with keys to my new car and got straight on the road- packing it up in the parking lot. Hector made sure to check in with me after my important weekend trip and make sure I am feeling confident in my new vehicle. Cannot recommend this place enough. I love my new (to me) car!!!!!

Ray met us as soon as we pulled in to the parking lot. He took us through the process and was very knowledgeable about the Mazda we were interested in. We previously had a Mazda CX-5 and Ray updated us on all the newer features this model year had vs our previous CX-5. Buying a car is usually an unpleasant experience. Flow Mazda made our experience more bearable.

If you're looking for a no-pressure car buying experience with someone who actually knows their vehicles, Raymond Jordan is your guy. He was patient with all my mom's questions, knew the Mazda lineup inside and out, and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. Most of the process happened remotely — email and text — which was really convenient since we live an hour away, and the final paperwork was handled in person. She drove away happy. Highly recommend!

I want to take a moment to thank Ray Jordan for all his help at Flow Mazda. I was in a situation and found myself needing to move forward with purchasing a new car. I met Ray and explained that I was interested in looking at a few different models. Ray asked me questions and before I knew it he had the perfect car for me. I love my CX-5 Premium Plus car!
