He was not only friendly and easy to work with, but thorough, making sure I understood every step of the process for both the sale and delivery. He went out of his way to make me aware of all my options and their inventory. I can, without hesitation, say that I would go back to this dealer again. I made my final decision, my experience with Ray swayed me to return to make my purchase through him. WE just bought a CX 5 from Flow Mazda in Charlottesville, and it was an altogether pleasant experience. Ray Jordon was very helpful and accommodating.... He was not high pressure, which I really appreciated. And he has gone out of his way to help us to understand our new car which is, of course, much more computerized than our old one. April 25th, 2019 was something of a milestone for me- I purchased my very first Mazda! After literally months of research, I finally managed to weed out... all other contenders. Then came the task of finding the right dealership. After more research, I decided Flow Mazda in Charlottesville, VA was the right one for me. As it happens, I met with Ray Jordan at Flow Mazda. The week before the 25th I test drove a 2018 Mazda3 with an automatic transmission- and I KNEW that was the car for me (only, with a manual transmission). I found the atmosphere and employees at Flow Mazda to be relaxed, friendly, easy, and no pressure. Ray Jordan was immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. As the 2019s were already available and 2018s had all been previously built (but still available), Ray had his work cut out for finding a new 2018 with a manual transmission, color and package I wanted. But he found one, they got it to the dealership for me in great time, and it's PERFECT! I can say without any depredations that my experience with Flow Mazda and Ray Jordan was absolutely top-shelf. I'm loving my new Mazda3, and I look forward to a long-term relationship with Ray, Flow Mazda, and Mazda as a company. -Colin L.
