Ray met us as soon as we pulled in to the parking lot. He took us through the process and was very knowledgeable about the Mazda we were interested in. We previously had a Mazda CX-5 and Ray updated us on all the newer features this model year had vs our previous CX-5. Buying a car is usually an unpleasant experience. He was patient with all my mom's questions, knew the Mazda lineup inside and out, and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. Most of the process happened remotely — email and text — which was really convenient since we live an hour away, and the final paperwork was handled in person. She drove away happy.
