The service department will lie straight to your face. I had a quick warranty repair, first was told to drop it off anytime, part was already ordered, and could pick up same day. I call and was told service was not done yet, but vehicle could be picked up tomorrow morning. The next day comes, and work hasn't started yet. I'm told it's a big job and will take way longer that first thought. Then I get a video at 330 pm saying how more diagnostics had to be run and pickup time is unknown. One hour later the vehicle is ready for pickup. This is a commercial vehicle and my business was affected by their lack of communication and knowledge. They clearly do not care about their work, or keeping customers happy. Find another dealer group.

Excellent service department. I have been coming here since I bought my first cx-5 in 2012. Nick and the rest of the staff always taking good care of me whenever my car needs work done. I trust that they'll continue to provide an excellent service so my 2023 cx-5 will last as long as my first cx-5.

Super job! Very fast in friendly. They found me a coupon to reduce the costs. Met the manager during my stay. Used the wireless to do my work and ate a snack.

I was very pleased with the web service and how fast someone responded back to me and how fast I got an appointment to test drive a CX-5. The price was right for me. Customer service was excellent. Nima pirouzi treated my husband and I with respect and told us everything we needed to know about the CX-5 Mazda. Romano Mazda showroom was very clean and well kept and very friendly. By far they beat every other dealers price for the Mazda CX-5. I am very pleased with my new ride and Pleased with Romano Mazda I am very pleased with Nima Pirouzi.
