Darren Ensley was easy to work with and found me the car I wanted. But I have to give high marks to Cody for his help empyting out all of the "junk" from my old car. Cody then setup my Bluetooth in the car and showed me where all the buttons were, what they were for and how to use them. He was a great help to this technology challenged woman.

My son and I had been in to buy a Truck for my husband. Found one he was looking for and loved it. We where told that if anything wrong with the truck they would not sell and disclose why. He was a man of his word, the turbo was bad. Robert worked so hard for us, took time to help find another truck. Unfortunately we where limited on time and had to head back home to Georgia. My wife and I went to Mel Hambelton on the worst day of the year. It was 12 degrees with a wind chill well into the negative numbers. Robert Kinney was our sales associate. Morgan Alexandria went above & beyond to get us into our last pickup, she worked hard to make us happy, & get our payments where we felt comfortable. She was so great, she was literally running to her General Managers office! She was so enthusiastic, polite, courteous...all that jazz! You can always tell the reputation of a business by the people they hire, & Morgan definitely reflects Mel Hambelton Ford's high standards, for quality products, & quality care! She made it very fun, & not terribly boring, she acted genuinely excited to sell us our dream truck!
