Stopped in Mel Hamilton ford today to check out some pre owned vehicles and Robert Kinney was right there to help as soon as I pulled in. he was extremely helpful in finding me the vehicle I wanted for my price range. Great service went for one car but walked away with 2. Good hospitality, they even gave us a snack and beverages while we were there.

Everyone I dealt with when purchasing my new car was very friendly. The time spent with the paperwork was kept to a minimum which I appreciated. They also spent plenty of time checking me out on all of the features of the car and pairing up my phone the blue tooth. I do wish they had been a little more flexible when negotiating the price.

Bob Kisner is a very fair man. No pressure. I told Bob about my situation and what I could do and not do. Bob took the bull by the horns and that same day, my wife and I drove 300 miles back home in a new 2017 Ford escape. My wife and I have been trying to get a different vehicle [used] for 7 mos, we had tried 8 other Dealerships to no avail. 7 mos. of struggling and yet within two and a half hours Bob had us in a brand new vehicle at a payment and price that we could afford and it was new, not used.
