Jerry Marshall is a great Salesman! Very kind, knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding. The Orange, 2023 Kia Forte LXS is beautiful! (Orange has always been my favorite color and I love driving the Kia Forte.) I'd love to have it, but the price is a little over my budget. I would love to work with Jerry, again, to find the right Car for me. The Dealership is easy to find and very clean. I drove over 2 hours from Mishawaka, Indiana to see this vehicle. It was worth the drive, even if I went Home without a deal.

Jerry Marshall is a great Salesman! Very kind, knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding. The Orange, 2023 Kia Forte LXS is beautiful! Imagine being 3 states from home on holiday and your car
Imagine being 3 states from home on holiday and your car dies with no warning signs nor check engine light. Day after Thanksgiving, 90 minutes into a 12 hour drive home and I end up going to the closest dealer. Upon inspection, they find I need a software update and charge me $160 claiming I had missed the coverage of the update by 2000 miles. Two separate employees assure me for times that it will be fine for the remainder of my 600 mile journey home. Off I go happy as a lark. 65 miles later and just across the state line into Indiana, exact same thing happens. Yet another tow bill to another dealer only to be told the fix was only a temporary fix. And now, my engine is completely dead, non repairable. Kia of Jackson claims they will not refund the original work because they followed the Kia protocol. Lesson here, do not trust the work of KIA OF JACKSON. It didn't last 65 miles. They offered no further help. They straight faced lied to my face that the fix was good for the remainder of my trip home, and took my money. This resulted in having to purchase a new car. Shame on this service department.

WATCH FOR PRICE HONESTY! I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING A NEW 2024 KIA TELLURIDE FROM KIA OF JACKSON. IN TALKING TO TWO DIFFERENT SALES PEOPLE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD A $3,000 MINIMUM TRADE-IN ALLOWANCE PROMOTION. SO, I ASKED THE FIRST AGENT FOR DETAILS AND FOR SOME REASON HE COULD NOT CLEARLY EXPLAIN HOW THAT WORKED. THE MSRP OF THE CAR I WAS INTERESED IN WAS $42,980 SO IT WOULD SEEM ONE COULD GET $3000 OFF THAT MSRP. “JOE”, THE FIRST AGENT SAID THAT THE MSRP PRICE WAS A SPECIAL INTERNET PRICE AND I WOULD NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY FURTHER PROMOTION. (SO MSRP MUST BE “SPECIAL PRICING”! …WHAT A DEAL). A FEW DAYS LATER I CALLED KIA OF JACKSON AGAIN TO LEARN EXACTLY WHAT THE $3000 MINIMUM TRADE DEAL WOULD ACTUALLY BE. THIS TIME I TALKED TO AGENT “RIVER”. SHE ALSO HAD A DIFICULT TIME MAKING ME UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PROMOTION WORKED BUT FINALLY SAID I WOULD GET $3000 OFF THE PRICE THE CAR WAS ON THE LOT…“THE LOT PRICE”. OK THEN I ASKED WHAT IS THE “LOT PRICE” FOR THIS CAR. SHE LOOKED IT UP AND SAID IT WAS $44,480 ($1500 ABOVE MSRP!) SHE CONFIRMED THAT I COULD THUS GET THE CAR FOR $41,480 ($44,480 - $3000) PLUS TAX & FEES. I TOLD RIVER TO PLEASE EMAIL ME THE WINDOW STICKER ETC. I SUBSEQUENTLY GOT HER EMAIL AND I WAS SURPRISED WITH A NEW LOT PRICE…THE MESSAGE SAID “…The lot price of the vehicle will be $45,980.00.”! SO, WHEN I WAS PLANNING TO EXERCISE THE $3000 MINIMUM TRADE-IN PROMOTION THE PRICE OF MY CAR INCREASED AND SO IT ENDED UP GETTING CHANGED TO EXACTLE $3000 HIGHER THAN THE MSRP. I THINK MOST PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS WOULD AGREE WITH ME THAT THIS KIA OF JACKSON PLACE WOULD BE A GOOD ONE TO AVOID.

Our Subaru of Ann Arbor shopping experience was an absolute nightmare. We were left feeling completely disenchanted with the whole car-buying process. We knew we could never set foot in that dealership again. However, our quest for a new car was not yet over. So, the very next day, we set out on a mission to find our dream vehicle. Our first stop was KIA of Jackson. As soon as we test drove the 2023 KIA Seltos, we knew we had found a winner. This car had everything we were looking for - great price, spaciousness, and comfort. We left KIA of Jackson to explore a few other dealerships, but nothing could match the feeling we had driving that KIA Seltos. Without hesitation, we returned to KIA of Jackson to seal the deal with Jerry Marshall. The staff at KIA of Jackson were simply amazing. Unlike our previous experience, they didn't try to deceive us with double talk or manipulate us with lies. They didn't push us to buy a bogus lifetime warranty or mess with our financing. Instead, they went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal, better than our own bank could offer us. Their service department was knowledgeable and always ready to help. They truly made the car-buying experience enjoyable again. We left KIA of Jackson feeling grateful and satisfied. They turned a horrendous shopping experience into a fantastic one. From now on, we will always go to KIA of Jackson first when looking to purchase a car. We want to extend a huge thank you to KIA of Jackson, especially to Jetty Marshall, for making this process easy and enjoyable. Was totally disrespected and did not get the help
We bought a car from Jackson Kia when back three years later to trade it in we got all kinds of excuses about the car that we have and they try to tell us that our air conditioner wasn't on a warranty because of a front end collision found out that what was wrong with it had nothing to do with the front end collision they refuse to help us the service manager Ed was very rude and disrespectful to us and when we talk to the manager nobody tried to help us I would never buy a car from them again I've never felt so disrespected from a business in my life it's like they don't even want our business anymore when we went in to trade in our car and buy a brand new one and if anybody's reading this I'm not being a typical rude person I'm being honest this really happened the service manager was very rude telling us that he makes the decisions on what's under warranty or not when we bought the extended warranty on the car we bought from them 3 years ago I've never ever could believe in my life that's such dealership would not care about their customers be aware they would do anything to sell your car but if you need their help they will not be respectful
