It’s happening yesterday 07/01/2025, around 10 am on my Rav4.They are all known about it, the customer service front desk and the mechanic. Nobody told me about the scratch . I paid for the service , I should enjoy it but really upset.

A little pricey for their service but very professional
A little pricey for their service but very professional and friendly. They also charge you 3% for using a credit card doesn't sound like a whole lot until you have a Warner $2,000 bill.
