I recently purchased a 2021 Highlander from Eddy’s Toyota. After spending a lot of time pre reviewing what car would work best for us, I ventured to Eddy’s... Toyota in Wichita. I was greeted by Pat when I drove up. He was very personable, and was able to walk me through all the different features of the Highlander. Since I had a Camry to trade, I was already familiar with Toyota, and love their quality.

I brought my car in on Monday to see if they could fix my flat tire. They said it was not safe to repair (which I sort of figured but, hey, I had to try).... The tire my car needed was not on the premises so they ordered it and rescheduled me for Wednesday after appropriately reminding me about driving cautiously on my temporary spare. On my way to the appointment on Wednesday, I came across a lost dog sniffing around in the middle of the street. She led me on a merry chase but happily was a sweetie who rolled over for belly rubs when I finally cornered her. Thank goodness she had a tag on with her name and the owner’s phone number! Anyway, I ended up having to call Eddy’s to see if I could reschedule for a later time. The scheduler said sure and that she would have stopped to help the dog, too. I ended up having to leave the dog at my house while I got the tire changed. I was goodnaturedly teased about not showing up on time but reassured that they would get my car in and out as quickly as possible. Sure enough, my car was ready before I expected and had also been washed and vacuumed. More good news: while I was waiting for the tire change, the dog’s owner was finally able to respond to my call (they had been at work) so, as soon as I got home, I was able to reunite the dog with her owner. Happy endings all around.

They were wonderful - service was impeccable! My service rider was very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier! Eddy’s also honored a coupon... for service that I didn’t have with me at the time of service.

The service was very good. Leeson was very courteous. I wish my overall experience with Toyota had been better when I purchased the van. I feel I was... cheated because I changed my mind the day of the sale and Toyota would not give my trade in back.

Service Rep wasn't paying attention to customer when car was ready. I had to find someone after 10 minutes of car being ready. I wasn't happy?

Kirecce did a really fantastic job showing me cars that fit inside my price range. Even a car out of my price range, he asked me what i was comfortable... paying and went from there to get the overall price down. Really felt like he cared about what i was comfortable with. Same thing with Allstate insurance provided by the dealership. Really cared about getting me the lowest price
