I visited the dealership today for service and left with a new car. Apparently this is not unusual. Roy in the service department efficiently guided me to Junior. Junior did his thing - with style and flare then the big guns were brought in - I assume to close the deal. I think his name was Luke. Then the finance folks and I was out of there with my new car. Pretty efficient system. Thank you all for your kindnesses - I was emotionally attached to my old car and I am generally satisfied with the financial part of the deal. I have had three corollas and am now on my third Scion XB.

Junior Rodriguez was very helpful with trading my current 2013 Tacoma in and updating to a 2014. He made sure that I understood all the benefits to my new truck and the changes that were made from the 2013 to the 2014 model. He was friendly and helpful. Junior was a no pressure, professional salesman. We had been to some other lots earlier and felt like sharks were coming after us- Junior listened to what I was looking for took his time with us to make sure we were totally happy with what we saw and let us test drive, inspect discuss our options.
