Despite some very negative reviews, I tried this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. I came prepared for bad things because of the warnings in the reviews. I found that they are not the bad guys the reviews suggested. They were very upfront about the vehicle, which was exactly as represented, about their post-sale responsibility (vehicles sold as is) and did not try any bait and switch. Johnny Lee was very helpful and sincere. Only two complaints - 1. after the deal was made it was two more hours before we were able to leave the dealership (i have had this same experience almost every time i have purchased a vehicle, so nothing different here) 2. Their price is no-haggle (I think this is actually good, I hate to haggle, I just wish I had known that before I tried to haggle.) I do not hesitate to recommend them and I would go back. Those bad reviews? I don't know but I suspect those supposed buyers didn't do their homework before shopping, and need someone to blame for the mistake they made. Or else they just like bad mouthing others.

No star given if possible, I purchased a 2011 jeep grand
No star given if possible, I purchased a 2011 jeep grand cherokee laredo 10,000 cash out of pocket nice looking suv with low mileage, see I'm from Louisville, KY don't know anything about Florence ky, but I Uber to Midwest to buy the jeep, get there jeep is sitting for me to test drive, test it out ok drove it, and I like it. Some how it made it back to Louisville in a bad storm, few later start overheating radiator fan stop working driver side air vent stop producing cold air, had to use my triple A tow just to get it back to dealership so they can so called fix the problem, 2 weeks later get it towed back to Louisville. Get it back seem everything was all good until two weeks or maybe 3 it starts overheating again I see the coolant pouring out, but real-time haven't found the problem! I think it's best to stay away from this place $10.000 is a lot of money for something I can't drive they could've at least took it back, and put me in something else since I paid out cash. I warn yall stay far from these crooks.

Buyer Beware – Proceed with Extreme Caution ⚠️ I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. While the initial buying process was fairly straightforward and the sales associate, Mamadou, was pleasant to work with, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse after the sale. I purchased a luxury vehicle, and upon arrival, I discovered several issues that were never disclosed. The passenger-side mirror was damaged and taped — a detail conveniently left out of the online listing and photos. The Carfax only mentioned a single rear-left accident, so this additional damage came as a complete surprise. When I raised the issue, management refused to resolve it unless I paid extra. The car also had roughly 700 more miles than advertised. To make matters worse, check engine light came on and AWD malfunctions after 200 miles of driving, tire pressure sensors came on after 50 miles of this dealership refused to repair any of the issues
