Repair service
My insurance company assigned me to Mike broom at McCluskey Chevrolet. They were to give me an estimate on repairs for my 2006 Sonata. After several weeks and several messages I have never received any type of response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

So I have to provide all my personal information before I...
So I have to provide all my personal information before I can view cars I am looking for online? I prefer to do some research before dealing with the high pressure crap! No thanks.

Buyer Beware
I would give no stars if I could. They are crooks! The worst customer service ever. Beware!!! If you ever need car repairs, don't go here. They will hold your car over an extended period of time in order to charge your insurance company more money. They claim repairs that aren't needed are required. Zero integrity!

Bait And Switch
I feel I was scammed with a bait and switch tactic. I asked twice for actual pictures of a very specific vehicle on their website that only had stock pictures posted and I did not receive them. I called about that same vehicle before I made the two hour trip to the store. When I arrived, I was told “that vehicle is not for sale”, not that it was already sold, but that they were refusing to sell it. Of course , I was then told “We can get you in A car that’s right for you “. If the one I was interested in wasn’t for sale, I should have been told so when I called. The vehicle is still on their website as well as cars.com.

Worst car buying experience ever
My car broke my second day into a job and I was in desperate need of a car. I went Mccluskey because my mom raves about them. So I head up on Saturday to look at at cars. I meet vashion who immediately wants me to fill out paperwork. After 3 hours we leave because we needed bank statements to proceed. Annoying but I understand so I come back Tuesday with the bank statements I needed but I was told I didn’t need this I needed pay stubs and I had to come back. This annoyed me because I could have just had the paperwork with me. Ok fine, I go and get the paperwork and call Mccluskey to reserve the car I wanted. They say they will drop it off at the dealership. I come in the night with my paperwork and then vashion tells my I can only buy a car that is 17000 and I only had my choice of three even though I was very clear what vehicle and price I wanted from the beginning. So I walk out and go home. The next day they call me and magically the car I wanted can be financed. What a coincidence! So finally I came in on day 6 of trying to buy this car. The car is in worse shape than I was told but the engine and air conditioning work well so I just buy it cause I’m kinda desperate now. I sign the paperwork and and they say they will drop the car off. Which is weird but I say whatever I guess. It is now Sunday, I call up Mccluskey and they say they have no idea what I’m talking about and I have to wait till Monday to talk to someone. Why would you lie to me about a service I didn’t even want? It’s not that they lied to me every time I’ve seen them it’s that they lie about stupid crap for no reason. Now I’m very concerned about the car I just bought. Thank god I got a cheap one.

Awful and Unprofessional
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. My boyfriend and I bought a used Subaru STI at the end of April from Jason. We drove 1.5 hours to get this car and spent about five hours at the dealership. Three months later, we are still dealing with this unprofessional nightmare of a dealership. Buying the car was a difficult process in itself, the salesman didn't seem to know what he was doing, and my boyfriend (who also sells cars) ended up just going straight to the manager. While we were still negotiating and signing papers, our salesman, Jason, decided to sit down with other customers before finishing with us. We were told the car had two keys, which was true, however one of those keys was located at the new McCluskey chevrolet so we had to drive there to pick it up. The key wasn't chipped or programmed so it can't be used to drive a car and we had to pay out of pocket to get a new one. Our temp tag expired on June 5th, and after calling our salesman and the dealership multiple times it took until after the tags expired to receive the papers. We had to call multiple times, and after hearing many excuses, they finally overnighted them to us. Today (July 12th), I looked in my bank account and saw that they had deposited the hold check I wrote them. We wrote this check the day of and then called less then a week later and paid over the phone by credit card. They received the money we promised them on time, yet three months later they are depositing this check, which they were supposed to VOID after they got our payment, and now my bank account is overdrafted. This is by far the worst car buying experience of my life. I have never dealt with a business of any kind that was this unprofessional and all around terrible. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Very disappointed about a response I received
I had a 2013 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Z71 with low mileage that I really wanted. I set up appt. Time. Late evening after car lots closing salesman called said that truck was sold. But they had another truck identical . same color and had all the same accessories but it was 2014 . He would talk to management about what happened and call me . well I never heard anything. I e-mailed the offices never got a response. I found out on Cars.Com you still had the 2013 Silverado and it just sold a few days ago. I just want to know why I was treated this way . isn't my money as good as other peoples. I hope you don't do other people this way. I pray you will improve your sales team.

Shopping for a Tacoma
Very quick response time by the sales associate. The vehicle I was looking at sold but they were very quick to offer other options and were willing to bring vehicles in from another state.
