Great customer service

Nick, in service was most helpful in keeping me advised on when they would receive the necessary bolts to put the engine back together due to an engine oil leak. He did a commendable job in customer service. I do thank him for his time in solving the problem.

Great Buying Experience

Davis -Moore did a great job. They did not have to honor a quote given me for my trade in due to an accident but they did. I was shocked but very happy.

Great facility

We purchased a car today from Davis-Moore. Mat Rudd was our sales consultant and was extremely helpful. He wasn't pushy, answered all of our questions, and even drove us to an area with less traffic since we aren't from Wichita and don't know our way around. He gave us private time to discuss things. The showroom is beautiful and very clean. Was definitely worth the drive from Hays.

No regrets. I will be back.

I was not initially going to buy from Davis Moore. Not because I had anything against them, I just simply had looked other places. I had found the car for my wife that we were leaning toward. I received a call earlier in the day because Davis Moore was notified through a car buying service we were going through. I simply told the girl I talked to that I was looking at a specific car and trim level and that if they couldn't match the price, no disrespect, but I would not be interested. I was later informed after she went to see what they had, that they had at least two options for us. When we got out there they were very friendly. Big Al worked with us throughout the entire process. Big Al came in with a price that was quite a bit higher than I had talked with the girl on the phone about. We talked for a min, literally like one min, and I let him know that I had already discussed where the price needed to be and that I appreciated his time but I would not be interested. He asked that I give him just a couple mins to go talk to his boss and explain the situation. Again this literally only took a few mins and he came back with his boss Shawn. They gave us exactly what we asked for. Everything out the door. I would simply sum it up by saying that anyone that has ever been car buying knows it's a little crazy to think you can just walk in and say I want such and such vehicle for "X" price. But at the end of the whole experience that is exactly what Big Al got for us, exactly what we asked for. They gave me a mutual respect that we would not waste each other's time, and I completely understood if they could not sell us the car at the price we needed. They were able to make it work and so that is exactly what they did.

Great service

Don was great. He was very patient with my phone calls for updates. He notified me as soon as it was finished and ready to pick up. When I arrived he took the time to explain what they did and further service that would be needed in the near future.

Great service for a problem while away from home

We had not made an appointment, as the engine fault occurred while out of town. The service deptartment was able to work us in and get the car fixed that same day! Excellent service.
