Looked at 4Runner on a Saturday. Came back and bought it Monday morning. Seth was great to work with! I would recommend Davis-Moore looking for a new or used vehicle.

Very Satisfied Customer experience
Having experienced a major engine failure on my 2014 Corvette Stingray, I had it moved directly to Davis-Moore, never considering another dealer. My experience with D.-M. has taught me they always put the customer first. And this case was no exception. My car was transported to their lot on a Sunday Morning. My first call was to Steve Novacek, who immediately contacted Jeff Williams. Steve called me back to let my know Service Department had been notified and would get right on it Monday morning. As promised, Craig Williams was investigating the cause of failure early Monday AM. By early afternoon he had diagnosed the cause of failure. By Tuesday AM, a new engine had been shipped and was completely installed and my car delivered back to me in perfect running order Friday PM. Jeff and Craig kept me informed through out the whole process. My engine bay was completely detailed so it looked like a new car on the Showroom floor. All of this happened in less than a week of failure. And to add icing to the cake, GM Powertrain warranty covered everything. Now that is GREAT service! I'll never go anywhere else for service.

Service department can not be trusted.
I do not recommend the service department can not be trusted. For year 1/2 I been taking my brand new car to get oil change in this dealership, I notice they keep overfilling the oil pass the top mark. After I mentioned to the service manager, he said that will be corrected on my next oil service. I also pointed out that they need to put the correct mount of oil recommend for my vehicle in the invoice. They charge 5qt of oil when my car only takes 4.2qt. and he said he will take care that too. So on my next oil change the oil level was correct but the invoice was not. It still shows in the invoice 5qt of oil was put in my car. (With 5qt of oil it will overfilled the car) The service guy argue with me about it that he can't change that. So out of 4 oil changes, 3 were overfilled and all 4 invoices showed 5qt of oil. I won't came back to this shop, I can not trusted to make sure to put right amount of oil my car with out arguments.

First i called john jonas and he set me up with seth on east side and drove the truck overnight and then he set me up with big al and he worked me a great deal to buy the truck
