Horrible sales experience. I clearly told the salesperson Addison that I wanted leather seats because I have kids, and I was told that it would be no problem. However, in the end, I was required to pay out of pocket for the leather seats. He then tried to make it sound like he was “saving me” by not charging me interest on the leather seats, when in reality, I feel that this should have been handled upfront and clearly as part of the overall purchase. The communication throughout the process was poor, and after I completed the purchase, his attitude completely changed. He became rude, blunt, and made me feel like he no longer cared about me as a customer. I understand that once a sale is completed, the process changes, but customers still deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not feel that way at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salesperson.

Claudia was amazing helping find the truck I was looking for! The process was easy, but there was a problem with the gas pump. They got it fixed right away and I have been enjoying my truck!

Claudia gave awesome service and was very patient. We were browsing after our vehicle was totaled. Claudia went with us to look at a different vehicle during a test drive and was patient explaining different features and going through financing. Would definitely recommend!
