Jamie Davis was fantastic to work with! My son was making his first car purchase and Jamie made it so easy and completely hassle-free. No pressure whatsoever, and he worked within the budget.

Advise to not waste you’re time or trust

We felt that the Sales staff were condescending and misleading. We felt it was worst car buying experience we have ever had. We will avoid this chain of dealerships in the future.

Vehicle Purchase

I purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 last weekend I've been looking for one for two weeks, my plan was just to look but I was offered more them I was expecting out of my truck, also I was extremely happy with Cody he was helpful and treated me well. I had my 2018 silverado serviced today also some minor

I had my 2018 silverado serviced today also some minor repair work. Nick Brown was my advisor and he keep me informed. He advised it would be an hour and a half. He was right on. Nick explained all the work they did and then left me with a very clean vehicle.. Don Hatton service department is the best. Thanks Nick.

Poor service

Took my pickup in for an air bag recall 2/1/22. Told check-in guy I would wait in lobby until done. Was told it would take 1-1/2 to 2 hrs to fix. I waited 3-1/2 hrs. & then went to service counter, and saw my truck setting abandoned in an isle. They said they were waiting on "ME" to pick up. Last time for me at that place.

Outstanding Service

I took my Chevrolet vehicle to Don Hattan for a Safety Recall replacement of the passenger side Takata air bag. I dropped it off at my appointment and they gave me a shuttle ride to work and came and picked me up when the repairs were finished. The entire experience was very pleasant! I work with Tony(the best IT guy ever) but I'm in the...

I work with Tony(the best IT guy ever) but I'm in the service department. I had a problem with my laptop. It was very slow. It was very jerky. I was not able to get my work done which affected our customers getting their vehicles serviced in a timely manor. We talked several times until he understood my concern. I left him my work laptop to work on. I just dropped in on him. He was very polite. He said he might be able to have it done that day. Before he said it may take a couple days. It took him two hours and it required a new hard drive. It now runs smooth and faster than new. Tony is a great guy. He keeps our computers working in tip top shape. I am lost without my laptop. I'm 0% productive without it. Tony saved my life that day!!!!!!

Great service advisor

Had an oil change scheduled along with balance and rotation of my tires. Always new people in the Service dept. and this time I had David Simmons as my Service Advisor. I actually appreciated his service and not trying to sell me something I did not need but did offer suggestions, with no pressure. That was something I appreciate and hope to see him on my next service trip there.
