We are from Des Moines, Iowa and were on our way for a long weekend at Table Rock Lake when we stopped mid way for gas and our transmission pump went out. Luckily we were in Harrisonville but unlucky because my Avalanche was packed full for a long weekend at our cabin. When I first talked to Tobey, he said there was no way they could even look at it that day, but after I explained my situation they made arrangements to tow my vehicle in and to determine what was wrong, and when it was determined that I needed a new transmission they provided me a rental, which was a pickup that provided me the legroom I needed since I am 6'5" and the room to carry all the stuff I had packed in my Avalanche. Tobey was great and provided me with a solution that allowed us to still get to our cabin that day and enjoy a weekend at the lake. I was provided with regular updates on the status of my repair and when done i was able to just pick it up on our way home from the lake. Excellent customer service!

Ok sales people , Terrible service department , Wouldn't recommend this dealer. Plenty of other places with just as nice cars at the same prices. Wish I would have looked around a little more before spending my money with them

No real hassle and Sam took the time to have most of the paperwork handled be for we arrived so we weren't sitting around

They don't hide anything and are upfront with you! every time!!!! and NO Pressure!!!! Bill King has always been very kind, Great Manger Skills!!! Very Polite and Down To Earth People There!!!! This is The third Vehicle we have bought from them in the past 4 years and in a good way, liked what we got the first time so came back again and this will always be the first place i will look for my next vehicle purchase!!!! When I was told I needed new brakes on a vehicle I had just purchased, (hadn't even made my first payment) Jeremy could clearly see I was upset. After listening to me, and my thoughts on that news, he knew right away he had to make things right! And he did! My brakes were replaced at no cost to me. I truly appreciate his professionalism and upholding the integrity of the service department. I am very pleased:)

I went in there knowing what I wanted, Dillon helped me with everything and got me the deal I wanted and was great help. Him and the staff stayed late just for me to get me in my new truck!

The dealership offers a very nice warranty on their cars. The overall deal was typical of any other deal I have done with any other dealership. The people were friendly and pleasant to work with.

I highly recommend Show Me Auto Mall in Harrisonville MO. I wanted a specific van with a specific set of bells and whistles. They went and found me the perfect one with a lot less mileage than I was expecting at an amazing price. The employees are personable and they care about you!!
