Show Me Auto Mall

Everytime we took our truck there we got it back in worse shape then when we took in. We bought our truck from there. They told us it still needed work so we had to take it in. It took them for ever to get in in and then took a month for us to get it back. When we finally got it back the lights flickered. Something is wrong with the wiring now. And the breaks. Everything was fine before we took there. Then we took it in for an oil change and now it looses oil pressure. We have a desiel truck. Maybe they would be fine with a reg car or truck but so far they have messed everything up on our truck. They claim they have desiel mechanics but I'm going to go out on a limb and say they don't. They said all the work they did was warranted but we went to get all that stuff fixed and they said no. I new that would happen though because when I tried to get the guy to put said warranty in writing he wouldn't do it. So I knew. Needless to say we won't be back there ever. Not even for the free inspections.

My daughter and I went in to look at cars. She is getting ready to go to college this fall and wanted a more reliable car. She got a car she truly loves with payments that she can make without breaking the bank. Thank you Dick Mais.

We were very impressed by our salesman Tim Holmes. He was great and always was responsive of getting us answers. We had a few issues in the beginning with buying a truck that had issues that we were unaware of after a few months of it being in and out of the shop Show Me Auto agreed to get us into something. Else which we are so ever grateful for. During the whole process they were very helpful and any time it was getting worked on Chris is service was great about letting us know what was going and and when it would be ready to go again. But we are now proud owners of a 2012 ford from Show me auto!!!!!

We received a flyer in the mail from Show Me Auto Mall, we went by just to see what cars they had, As we were driving around the lot, A nice man in a heavy coat{ it was the 20s with wind} who came up to great us. He name was Anthony Henson, he was incredibly helpful. The service was face and friendly. Honestly we thought we could not really get approved, but they worked hard for us. Our credit isn't great, but we drove away in 2014, new car with only 9,000 miles on it, who would have thought. So Happy. We will go there for our next car.

We went in looking to purchase a new vehicle. Anthony Henson was very friendly and helpful getting us into the vehicle we chose. Mike Dudok made the deal happen by getting the price down and the payments where I needed them. All the guys from parts to service to financing talked to me about what I was wanting and giving me the best deal I could get. It truly was a great buying experience.
