    My experience at Joe Morgan Honda was very good. Patrick, my sales person, was able to determine what I wanted and suggest the best car for me. I got... a very good deal and a fair price for my trade-in. Everything in the buying process was smooth and easy so that I drove out with a new car in a couple hours. It was our second car purchase here and very good.

    I've been using this dealership for repairs and mantnance and have had no issue with the services i have gotten. However when I bought my 2019 honda accord... from here i worked with sam one of the sales agents. We agreed on a deal and was given lies to why they couldn't keep their word. Best advice I can give is dont buy a car from here unless it's your last resort. They sell their cars over normal asking price in the first place.

    Tyler does a super job in the customer service department. In two appointments over the last week I found him to have outstanding attention to detail and... follow through. My repairs were completed as required. Tyler has a servant’s heart and is an excellent employee!

    Don't think you'll get a great deal here just because Joe's name is on the dealership. If you have a trade you'll have to dicker. They'll try to sell... you add ons. Just be on your toes when dealing here Yes staff was friendly and helpful. Having buyer remorse. It was close to home but wish I'd shop around.

    Bought a new car and have had no contact from anyone. No correspondence it was as if you are not important once you make the purchase. I contacted them... 3 times expressing my displeasure and still nothing. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Don’t look anywhere else for a new Honda. BRADY is the go to man for doing a deal. He will work you a great deal. He saved me money, time, and hassles... from the other dealers. I had narrowed it down to a few cars and he asked me a few questions and told me what he thought was best for me and it was my first choice in my head, and the lesser expensive vehicle so you know he wasn’t all about the money. He looked at my car and gave me a number which I thought was low at first but he showed me his homework and it was fair. He treated me with respect and my salesman Gordon was a true pleasure to work with as well. He is a true saint! I’m not the best with technology and he spent 30 minutes plus helping me. I honestly feel as they are the best in the business... they hear it quite often! I will be back! God Bless you two! THOMAS

    I was harassed at work with calls and many text messages by the 'top' salesperson, Nick Bengal, urging me to come buy a used car I had come to see a couple... days before. When I had my parents go in to see another salesperson because Nick was so rude to me, they said they overheard Nick complaining how she 'stole' his customer. The advertised prices do not reflect what this dealer is willing to actually sell you a car for. From my experience you should expect to add at least $700 to the online advertised price if you would actually like to buy it from here. I never will be returning to this dealership and I would advise everyone else to avoid it at all costs.

    PatricHamilton, OHk and Brady were awesome! The only thing I would have liked better was a less expensive option on the warranty program. $2000 doubleHamiltin... what we paid for when getting our other car. Also, any free stuff would gave been nice...free car washes, oil changes or even Reds memorabilia.
