Larry Richard was a very professional, well-informed, and thorough representative and salesperson for Joe Morgan Honda. We never felt rushed in the process of buying our new CR-V. Larry thoroughly answered any and all questions and offered his availability to answer more even after we drove our new vehicle off the lot! The entire process, including the completion of all the necessary paperwork with Jim Wenzel in the Business Office, was efficient and professional. I've been looking at buying my second Ridgeline and was having issues with other dealerships in the area.
